I chartered the driftwood for just myself and girlfriend. The crew was excellent and very friendly. We could not have had a better time. Managed to catch 2 mahi mahi, 2 wahoos and 2 bonitas in just 4 hours. The crew cleaned some of each for us and we were able to have the resort prepare them for us. The... More

Yes, you read that right. After coming well prepared with Dramamine in our system, we were yacking in a bucket within an hour. If you've ever had seasickness, you know there is nothing worse. We booked to go with our 2 kids and my inlaws. I couldn't wait to get out there and catch my fish. But, the sea had... More

We had the chance to fish on august the 1st, with Sherwin and Gregory, on princess kate boat. They were the nicest crew ever, very passionate about their job...and what a job!!! Our fishing trip was full of surprises with a good number of bites and a lot of mahi mahi catched. Then we had a superb dinner at Driftwood... More

We had dinner at the Driftwood in downtown Aruba. The place was crowded. The food was good - fresh fish daily, but the portions were small. They recommended their sister restaurant the Red Fish which we tried one night. We loved it so much that the whole family went back the night after.

It had been a slow week for all the boats in the marina so I was worried my 10 yr old son was going to be disappointed on his first fishing outing. I shouldn't have worried as Captain Marcel and deckhand Anthony pulled out all the stops to make sure my son caught 2 Mahi Mahi and a barracuda, the... More

We have gone on 2 other fishing charters in Aruba. One we caught fish the other nothing. On a slow day for the other boats we caught 4 and lost 2 then had the wahoo for dinner that night. What was the difference the crew Captain Marcelo and First Mate Anthony. We started out trolling for fish and caught a... More

My Son, 2 Son-in-laws and I went for a 1/2 day fishing trip on Driftwood Fishing Charters. What a great time everyone had. My son quickly caught a 50 pound Wahoo and as we prepared for more the captain received a distress call from a boat that had lost engine power. We responded and towed the boat to dock near... More

Captain Anthony and Aujean were amazing. They taught us and helped us to each catch a fish, there were 5 of us on board. They made a great family day into an amazing family adventure. If your in Aruba look up the Driftwood and let these guys take care of you.

Had a great day on the ocean. Captain Marcel and first mate Marvin knew exactly where the fish were and how to catch'em! The seas were a bit rough on the way out but that is the way it goes. A half-day of fishing yielded 9 tuna and 1 mahi-mahi. One nice feature of this charter is that they own... More

Marvin (mate) and Captain Marcelo were great on this very rough trip (7/1/16).. We had 5-6' seas while we were fishing and so we only were active for about 1.5hrs. However, the two of us managed to land 9 Yellow Fins and 1 Mahi with Marvin's excellent help. To top it off, we ate at the Driftwood Restaurant that night... More
