I booked this trip for this past May 1, 2021 for my 1 year wedding anniversary / (covid) honeymoon to Aruba! Aruba is already one of our favorite places, but this experience brought even more love for Aruba to our hearts. From the moment we stepped on the beautiful sail boat, both Marciano and JJ were delightful, attentive and made you feel welcomed and at home. They catered to whatever you needed and brought you so many delish treats. Promise you will NOT go hungry! We couldn’t even finish dessert it was all just so delicious! They answered all questions and even filled us with history of the boat and island! They very much made you feel special! I am so grateful for the experience my wife and I had with Morningstar and I would recommend anyone looking to spend a special sunset evening in beautiful Aruba contact them now and reserve your charter!

We booked Morning Star for a tour last week and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. We connected with our captain, Marciano, over email prior to the trip, and he was extremely accommodating before we even set foot on the boat. He and his crew even went out of his way to pick up our favourite rosé wine for the trip! He consistently went above and beyond to make our day a memorable one. The entire crew were personable, courteous and didn’t miss a beat. Their 55” boat, “All for You”, was well presented and spacious for the four of us (and could easily handle a larger group), with different “hang out areas”. Our night ended with a lovely home cooked meal, with multiple choices available to select during the reservation process, presented with pride.

Sailing on the Morning Star was such a treat. Four of us went to celebrate my 30th birthday and we had the best time. We were waited on hand and foot with amazing drinks, snacks and dinner. Plus, they even made me a custom birthday cake. Marciano was great to communicate with prior to the sail and even better in person on the boat. The snorkeling was also first class. Highly recommend and will be back!

My wife and I came to Aruba for our honeymoon in December. For her wedding gift, I scheduled us a private sunset cruise with dinner and champagne on December 8th. Less than an hour before we were scheduled to be at the dock, we got a call that the boat was broken (and had been broken since the night before) and they were waiting for someone to fix it. They said there was no guarantee that the boat would be fixed that night so we could reschedule for another night. Unfortunately, we only had a couple of nights left of our honeymoon and had plans for those nights so we declined in which they said they would give us a full refund within one week.

As required, I had paid the full amount of $1,022.90 two months prior when booking the cruise. We were told we would be given our refund within one week. It has now been 18 days and not only have we not received a refund, but they are unable to provide us any information or confirmation of when we might receive our refund. They are also not returning our calls, and for the past week, we have been getting no answer at all when we call.

We are extremely dissatisfied with their lack of communication in waiting until an hour before our scheduled time to tell us the boat was broken, when they had known since the night before. We are even more dissatisfied with nobody being able to provide us any information regarding our refund of $1,022.90.

To anyone traveling to Aruba, I would highly suggest not booking a cruise through MorningStar.

We had a private snorkel tour scheduled on the Tuesday of our visit. The morning of, we were informed they needed to cancel, thankfully before we left for the marina. They said they could do it Wednesday or Thursday, we elected for Thursday, the last day of our trip due to other activities scheduled. Fast forward, we take a $30 taxi ride, arrive to the marina early, and 20 minutes after we were set for departure, no signs of anyone. We called our resort, they weren’t able to get in touch with the captain, meanwhile we’ve been sitting at the marina for two hours waiting for a taxi back on the last day of our vacation. Very disappointing. I thought booking through the hotel was a safe bet, I would recommend other arrangements.

Amazing experience! The most relaxing day so far. The captain led the way snorkeling which was outstanding and even pulled a float so our youngest little snorkeler could make the trek. The staff was great and the rounds of drinks and food kept coming. The captain made the entire experience worth every penny. He was personable and told us all about the island and his family’s ties to it. We loved hearing the history and background. The only negative part was the day before the sail had ripped and so we only had the smaller sail up to move about the waters. It would have been great to see what that amazing 55 boat would have done with full sail power!

Fun and fabulous trip …snorkeling, and all you can drink and eat lunch!! I personally was petrified because I am a delicate flower and it was very choppy this morning. The crew of the boat especially Sergio were very patient with my frantic self. He, as well as the other members of the crew knew what to do to move our group of 10 safely around and to the other side of a reef to get us back to the boat. I saw some beautiful little fish, we were told in different conditions they’d be able to continue on to see some larger fish in deeper water but the weather did not permit it. While we were out snorkeling (and I was praying to see another day) a fabulous lunch was prepared for us. Including mahi tuna, jerk chicken and beef skewers a variety of sides… all to be accompanied by very ice cold beers which I appreciated very much. They were all very attentive and fun and served every bite and cocktail extremely promptly. Sergio even gave us a bit of his family history as it relates to politics and economics of Aruba. I know that the weather is the only reason that we weren’t able to go further.
I highly recommend this activity!

We are visiting Aruba for the first time and decided to arrange a private sailing charter for the 6 of us. Marciano, his daughter and JJ were wonderful. JJ took us snorkeling to a pristine reef where we saw a beautiful (and huge) moray eel, while Marciano and his daughter made us an incredible dinner. We watched the sunset, relaxed and enjoyed every minute!

Captain Vito and his crew were great! This was a fun and relaxing sailing. The guided snorkeling took us to some nice places, the light dinner was delicious, and the gentle sailing during sunset was incredible. The small group makes it very nice and relaxing.
