We rented a jeep from Real Deal for our vacation. Their customer service was amazing. They contacted me via email and WhatsApp even before our trip started, and responded to questions almost immediately. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even dropped the jeep off directly to our hotel (and picked up at the end of the week). The jeep was in great condition and they were very helpful in giving us tips on areas of the island we could explore. I would highly recommend renting from them!

We rented a Jeep for a week and had a great experience! They picked us up at the airport with the Jeep, so we didn’t have to take a shuttle bus. When we extended our trip, they picked up the car at our resort. They were easy to communicate with through What’s App. The car was a little old and had some issues, e.g. we kept losing tire pressure in one tire. They came to our resort to fill up the tires for us. The car probably needs new tires though. All in all, we were happy to have a Jeep, as it made touring the island and Arikok really easy!

Marco started out taking us through the National Park because we wanted to see the Natural Pool. The offroading was super fun. Then he took us to the cave before leading us on a driving tour that ended at the Baby Beach, which is one of if not the best beach we went to on the island. It was a phenomenal day, and Marco was a key part of that. Thank you Nandana for setting it all up and connecting us with such a knowledgeable and friendly guide.

If you are looking for “it’s their way or no way” attitude this is the place to be. At this local car rental company the customer has no say. A friend of mine recommended the place and made my reservation for me. She spoke and emailed my flight information to them. Originally, I was told they would pick me up from the airport, but a day before arriving they told me to go to their office in Ponton. No biggy, my dad was able to pick me up and take me there. When I arrived, the office was closed. There was a guy washing the cars and I asked him where the people where and why they would be closed if they had my flight reservation and knew I would be there to pick up the car. He mumbled something that I could not understand and called the owner on the phone. The owner told me that they never received my flight information and that the car was not ready till two hours from then. I told her that is not true and that my information was emailed and texted to them twice and that they did have my information. The lady flipped! Started screaming at me over the phone that I was rude and that she will not be renting the car to me. I was in shock. I could not believe that she started screaming like that just because I was standing up for myself and dared to speak back. I left. She verbally attacked me without asking her team to find out where the miscommunication was. She did not care. It is high season and cars are not available last minute so it would be easy for her to rent the car to someone else and leave me stranded without a car.
At the end it was a blessing in disguise. God forbid I rented the car and something happened. This is the kind of nightmare attitude I would have to deal with. You can read the other negative reviews and see how aggressively the owner responds. No concept of customer service whatsoever. No, thank you. Stick with the international car rentals, it is not worth the energy to deal with people like this.

We rented a Jeep from Real Deal. The price for the jeep was the lowest on the Island I had found. I had email conversations with the company prior to renting, and when I asked details of the vehicle they said it was a 2018 hardtop 4 door and was confirmed in my email. When we picked it up, our jeep was definitely in rough shape and was definitely older than 2018 based off the inside (it was possibly a 2016-2017 based off of the dashboard set up. In 2018 Jeep changed this). I know because I owned a 2018. Also, there was black tape/paint over the check engine light area. The oil change light was on. The interior had definitely seen better days, stains all over the seats, carpet pulling up. There was a LOUD noise of wind through the seems of the windshield on the passenger side. The exterior had rust, dents, and cracks. The jeep ran ok, but it definitely was not what we were told ahead of time, which is probably why it was so much cheaper. The people were nice, picked us up with no problems, but the vehicle definitely was not what what promised.

Great trouble free service. Booked car AM and it arrived at 1pm as requested. Cars in reasonable condition and to a good standard. Winston took car of the delivery, return and airport drop off and even gave us a few more tips on places to visit on our return to this great island. Would definitely book again.

My wife and 20 year old daughter were looking for a car to rent on Aruba to explore the island. My wife has vision problems that requires my 20 year old to drive. Being under 23 makes it difficult to find a rental car. Real Deal was able to accommodate them. They were very responsive to me via email and up front about the fees. They provided great service and a clean and well maintained car. My wife and daughter had nothing but good things to say when they called me about their experience working with them. Great Company!

Great company, great price! We rented a Jeep from them. Their service was excellent. They offered to drop the jeep off for us 12 hours before we even needed it. We rented it just for 24 hours to do some sight seeing. They were on time and they communicated. I will use them again next time in Aruba, and I highly recommend them!

We experienced first class service from the team with our late booking. Press picked us up from our hotel and was able to change our vehicle so that we could drive into the national park. The car was spotless on pick-up and new and was easy to drive. We were incredibly lucky to see the parts of Aruba that hardly anyone sees. The Natural Pool in the National Park can only be visited with a 4x4 ATV - so beware. But we got there and our jeep did an amazing job. The previous reviews I read before our booking were good and truthful, as is mine. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd time booking with this company. Smoke free vehicles, clean on the inside. Workers are very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the island. We had ARUN as our driver who picked us up from the airport and drove us back and he was the best part of the whole experience! Would highly recommend this company!
