Evy (Evelyn)- originally from Bon Aire, was a fun, knowledgable, and delightful tour guide! She has the perfect personality for the job and you can tell she really enjoys it.
We were recently on a Royal Caribbean- Adventure of the Sea cruise and "Aruba Downtown Walking Tour" was an excursion option that was reasonably priced. We are so glad we did!! Thank you, Evy!!

Wendle lead a walking tour of Oranjestad and we stopped to taste the local pastechi. It was quite good. Wendle was knowledgeable and passionate about his Island have me. He had great detail of history and culture and his stories were interesting. He even played Aruba national anthem for us. The pace was calm and comfortable and there were bathrooms breaks as needed. I would recommend this tour

We stayed at the Renaissence hotel and they offer a free Oranjestad walking tour. We joined this tour with our guide Wendle, and he was really excellent. He adopted a very unique style by encouraging questions which was great. We learned so much about not only Aruba but also the other five Dutch islands. After the tour we both felt that we understood the island much better than previously.

Insulted by Singer, who felt he should have been tipped for singing three songs. The demand was made while we were trying to eat our meal. The owner was approached by the table to complain, and the owner denied any involvement with the establishment. That is disturbing in itself, and it shows that even the owner isn't proud of his establishment and his uneducated, callous, and insulting entertainer.

Great walking tour! Wendle was incredibly knowledgeable on history, politics, economics and culture of Aruba. He was very personable and very engaging. I would highly recommend taking this tour with Wendle, 2.5 hours packed full of fun, food and knowledge!

We did a tour with Yvonne on Monday January 15, 2024. The tour met at an easy to find marker in downtown Oranjestad. The tour started promptly at 9am. It was nice to walk around the town in the cool morning temps. The terrain is easy to walk (mostly city sidewalks). Our tour had 2 food stops, a museum, a church, several parks/monuments and many historic facades. Oh, and 2 bathroom stops as well. Yvonne was interesting to listen to, very knowledgeable and has lived many years on the island - you can tell she loves the people and places of her home country.

We did the Aruba Walking and Tasting Tour with Beach as our guide. He was quite entertaining and informative, as well as being very personable. There were a couple of older people on this tour and his pace was not too fast for them. He also gave enough breaks. I also enjoyed tasting the cheese pastechi and pan bati.

Unlike a more sophisticated tour where participants have headsets to hear the guide, our guide wore a battery-operated headset speaker system that worked for about ten minutes…system not fully charged. While well-intentioned, the guide offered little more than what could be gleaned from a brochure. We had hoped for a better understanding of Aruba and were left wanting.

Just got back from the evening food fusion walking tour and it was awesome!!! Michelle was our guide. She made it a memorable experience, very professional but still lots of fun, personable, knowledgable and a great guide. I would highly recommend this tour, food and drinks were plentiful and very tasty!!!! Well worth the expense. So glad we did it!!

Was supposed to be a walking and tasting tour, was not. Everything was closed. We did try Pan Bati and received a bottle of water. We toured the old protestant church, which was the highlight of the tour.

Food tour in the evening is $79 per person and includes five drinks (4 alcoholic) and 5 tapas sized tastes, plus the cultural info.
