Clive runs a lean operation but knows the good dive spots and is an excellent guide and a good host. He customized a trip to cater to both the scuba divers and snorkelers in our family. Because it's a small boat it's perfect for dive groups of 3-4 people who don't want to be crowded in with others during COVID or even when life returns to normal.

I first used dive Aruba (owner and sole dive master\guide is Clive) in 2009. I like using small local operations as they tend to give you the best experience. Fast forward to 2020. Aruba is open (YES), I have not dived in 18 months. I usually dive 4 times a year, so I was in major withdrawals. Clive offers the same service he did in 2009. He has a small boat, I think max divers including Clive is 6. The boat is easy to get into and out of the water. Dive sites are all within 20 minutes of the marina. The sites are all different from a scattered wreck, two wrecks that are intact and you can penetrate, two airplanes one of which you penetrate and then reefs. I am an advance open water diver, approximately 800 dives and an amateur photographer. I dove 4 days and had 3 other divers to just Clive and me on the dives. I truly had a fantastic time. When I go back to Aruba I will definitely use Dive Aruba again. If you are wanting to dive Please look at going to Aruba, the island needs our tourist dollars, it is a beautiful island, great food, good diving and use small local dive shops. We want them to still be in business when the world returns to “normal”. The island has great Covid safety protocols.

Made our vacation from great to over the top. No large group diving here just long bottom times with personal attention and the best spots. Nice person and funny also. I have been diving since 1973 so have been around....this was zzzzzz best.

We had a super easy and pleasant 2 tank dive with Clive on a recent Saturday in November. Setting everything up over email in advance was painless and, on the morning of the dive, Clive picked my wife, my daughter and I up in a van at our AirBnB at 8 AM. We took a quick trip to his shop to get our gear and we’re on his center console and headed out to sea by 9:30 AM. We had our first dive at 10:15 and our second dive around noon. He was easy and fun and clearly knew what he was doing. The gear was all in great shape as was the boat. We were back at our AirBnB around 2:00. Snacks were provided. The prices were very reasonable and we will definitely book with Clive when we hopefully return to Aruba in 2 months. Totally recommend.

I did my SSI classroom and pool skills in Omaha. I came to Aruba and Clive for my 4 Open Water Dives per referral. My first day I was the solo diver with Clive because he needed to test my skills and knowledge. The second day there were 6 which is his maximum. He knows how to avoid the crowded times at popular dive sights. He is extremely attentive. I highly recommend Clive and will see him again next Aruba trip.
