Great place, history & high quality products
Definitely a place to visit if you are in Aruba. Take one of the free tours and learn about history and production. Products are of high quality and amazing, but habe their price point. But Definitely are worth it!

Excellent tour and demonstration of Aruba's signature primary industry!
The way Arubans take so much pride in the history of the aloe plant and its cultivation is truly delightful! We learned how to cut and process aloe in the aloe fields and then we watched the process of converting the plants into lotion and other products from the top of the factory. It's all free—but you'll definitely want to buy some after the tour ;) Oh, and Brittany (a cashier) and Daniel (our tour guide) were excellent!

    Unique and Quite interesting
We stopped at Aruba Aloe factory one morning on our driving tour of Aruba. The place is a unique tourist stop where we learn about Aloe. The about half-hour guided tour was quite informative, especially the start of the tour outdoors under a tree near the aloe farm. The aloe plants in the farm were in bloom. After the tour, I went on a short walk through the farm and saw the irrigation system. The tour guide was knowledgeable, and the factory was immaculately clean. There was quite a bit of product promotion, but that was to be expected on the free tour. This was an interesting short stop in Aruba.

Fun educational stop on our tour
This was a stop on a half-day tour we booked. I wasn’t excited about it, as I figured it was a tourist trap. Boy, was I wrong! We got a great demonstration of how they pull the aloe vera gel out of the plant…we learned about the history of aloe in Aruba. We got to see the factory (from above). Our guide explained how each of their items worked…it was really helpful to be able to tell the different products apart. Of course, the end was in the gift shop, where I spent a good bit of money. The staff in the shop were able to help us with clarifying exactly which items I actually wanted. They do ship through their website, so I can order more!

    Fun and interesting tour
The Aloe Factory was a stop on our Best of Aruba excursion from the Norwegian Prima. It was interesting and fun to learn about the industry. It is a short tour and the gift shop is a little pricey, but overall a nice activity - glad we went!

    Best aloe ever!!!!!
The museum is full of history and information. I learned a lot from the tour and about the many uses of aloe. CJ was a wonderful tour guide! Trainee was the friendliest salesperson and very helpful. I made three separate purchases!!!! Two at the museum and one at the resort store. I was nursing a sun burn from the day before and quickly discovered how wonderful and natural Aruba Aloe products are.

The tour was rather large (a lot of tour buses stop here and we got stuck with a large tour), and it was hard to hear the guide during the short tour. Photos are not allowed in any part of the factory. The merchandise itself is not cheap, so we passed on the shop as well - $15 for a small bottle of after sun seems a bit unreasonable.

We took a tour of the island and our van driver stopped by the Aruba Aloe Factory. The tour was very informative I didn't know Aloe Vera is used for so many things. The prices on the products are a little pricey but well worth it if they work, most natural products are.

This was a nice activity to do with my elderly mother and sister. Not a lot of walking (although a set of stairs), tour guide very professional and knowledgeable and a nicely displayed museum to self-navigate. The store was nice, but be sure to bring a coupon as the items are expensive. Would have been nice to split a cab or maybe have alternate transportation as the taxi fare to/fro was expensive.

Liked the museum, aloe farm and fishbowl nature of the lab where you can see workers in action. However, I was quite shocked at the high retail prices of product given that the factory is on site. One would think that at this outlet you could scoop up goods at wholesale price but the mark ups discouraged me from buying anything at all.

I was so impressed with the Aruba Aloe Factory, Museum, and Store as I wasn't expecting such a big aloe industry in Aruba. The whole production process is amazing and the way it's presented to visitors is just perfect. The shop has a wide variety of products at an excellent price.
I highly recommend a visit to this top attraction in Aruba

We visited the Aruba Aloe Factory on an excursion from our cruise. The presentation about aloe (outside) and the museum were very informative. The factory tour is not accessible, so I waited in my wheelchair while the other members of the group visited the factory. I met up with the group in the store after the tour, but getting into the store presented more of a challenge because the door was too heavy to push open. Plenty of staff in the store to help reach items on the shelves, but not very attentive to welcoming people into the space.

Great selection of merchandise, but a bit expensive.

We toured the Aruba Aloe Factory in January 2020 and found it interesting and educational. The tour guide shared the history of aloe on the island and explained how the gel is extracted and processed. We dropped in on what was the last tour of the day and didn't get to see the factory in action which was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed the small museum on-site and purchased a few products to take home.

Spent a wonderful morning here learning about the history of aloe on Aruba. The video and tour are short and sweet and our guide was helpful answering our questions. I have used Aruba Aloe products for a few years and they are really quality products. Great place to buy souvenirs for your loved ones.

I have to say I learned a lot taking this tour! It was well presented starting next to the field cutting up an aloe plant. The factory workers were interesting to watch though I’d feel like I was in The Truman Show if I were them!

The product array is impressive although it was so crowded around the samples and in the store that I only tried a couple items. All in all, it was well done, especially for free!

Small factory with quality products. The museum is informative as the production of Aloe has transcended over time. Quick lecture, guided tour and shopping..an afternoon adventure on a cloudy, rainy day in Aruba.
