During our De Palm tour of the island, we drove out through the desert on some pretty rough roads, and had an opportunity to see many of the rock formations. It's pretty amazing to see all this on what you think of as a Caribbean island. Be prepared for the desert ride though. It's very rough, and very dusty. And I didn't see anyone out there driving slow.

Located near Route 6, near Andicuri Beach, entrance is free, parking is in small lot out front. Fun and interesting place to visit, take pictures, see lizards, though hopping on the boulders is discouraged for safety reasons.

We arrived late in the morning. To our surprise we where the only ones in the park besides the goats. Yes, the goats! There are more than 30 goats in the area. The area have several steps or trails that help you explore the park at your leisure and pace! Great photo opportunities around the area.

Stopped by here on a scorching day which is probably fairly typical here. We climbed around on the rocks and took a few pictures. Our tour guide told us a few details about the rocks , but mostly we just wandered around and looked at rocks, the local vegetation and a variety of birds that inhabit the area. The overall aridity of the island surprised us and the multitude of cactus was growing everywhere was amazing. The rocks themselves, though unique wouldn't be too special in many other places, but here on Aruba they are certainly an attraction. There were no functioning washroom facilities on site which were open during our visit which isn't the best for many folks.

Stop here was part of a tour offered by our Cruise Line - to me, not all that impressive. But it allows you to "see" the surrounding area.

Excellent park to take a short walk in the middle of the rocks, it is very well preserved and is a great experience.
