I can't rate this excursion highly enough. Don't worry if you're not a great cyclist as I'm certainly not. Our guide Mark immediately put me at ease and was encouraging throughout the whole tour. I learnt alot about the island too as Mark was also very informative on island sights and history. Antigua is relatively flat, motorists are considerate and the guides have mapped out a thoughtful route to the sites that you're barely on busy roads. Wear swim kit under your clothes as there is a good rest stop on the beach after kyack.

Our ship was unable to navigate the channel this morning to get to port. I made a phone call to Giles and he was very quick to say he would refund our tour. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Dang we were looking forward to Antigua and this excursion based on the reviews! Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely book again on our next trip through Antigua.

What a lovely morning with Mark and Giles. The activities were perfect and well paced, very informative commentary and we learned a lot! Love the ethos here, it’s a lovely way to see some of the island and raise a few endorphins. Thankyou ❤️

As active people this was the perfect tour for us. Giles and Mark are lovely guys and made the tour very enjoyable. Safety was paramount. We wore helmets, the route was not too busy. We cycled for about 3 miles following one of the guys, while the other followed our group in a car, as backup, to make sure we were all okay. Any bags could be taken in the car also. Then we kayaked around a bay in pairs and were told something about the area and the mangroves. Then back on the bikes to a lovely beach. We had an hour here to do what we wanted. We didn't have swim suits with us, so we paddled and then got a drink at a bar. So take swim wear if you want to swim. We then had a short walk to Fort James and learned something about the history. Then cycled back to the tour base in St Johns. I have said we are active people, but don't be put off by this. The cycling is very manageable as it is all very flat and at a steady pace. Most people with only a small degree of fitness would be fine with this. Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

I order this adventure thinking it was on Saint Kitts since it came up that way on Tripadvisor. It was somewhere different, did not know until I went to Saint Kitts and asked the people at the port. When I sign up I put I was going to Saint Kitts, you would think the company would of sent a message saying they were not on that island.

please why did you review us when you never had any contact with us. You booked the tour through TripAdvisor where it clearly states we are a tour in st. Johns Antigua. This is the first time somone showed up to the wrong island for tour. We showed up waited for couple hours, we called, emailed. You requested a full refund a week after the date booked and we refunded 50% of your payment when we did not have too.
Next time double check you are booking your tours on the island you will visit. Had you done our tour i am sure your review would have been different. All the best and when in ANTIGUA we would love to take you on tour.

If you landed on the island but have no idea where to start, here is the perfect program for you. We had so much fun in such a short time. Whether you are here by yourself or with your friends, the hosts are extremely friendly and make sure the whole team have a great time! We shared sugar canes while walking through the woods with a couple that joined us in the tour, talked about history and politics of Antigua while biking through downtown, spotted wild pelicans and sand crabs while kayaking, and chilled at the beach with a drink. All of this in one tour! You don't want to miss this.

The excursion was amazing! Riding our bikes through St.Johns while getting a lesson of the Island's history was awesome! Our second stop was on water kayaking which was a lot of fun! Then we rode our bikes to the beach for swim and relaxation. The beach was crystal clear and incredible! We finished with a hike to Fort James and saw the historic cannons! What beautiful views! It is in walking distance from the cruise liners if you want to get local tour and history of island! The excursion was exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend when you visit Antigua.

This is really a great trip with the hosts being friendly, informative and they adjust the fitness level to your ability. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to move a little and see the highlights around St John. We had a fantastic time, thank you.

The people of Antigua were extremely nice during our visit, and Giles from Triflexcursion was probably the nicest! We had a great time biking out of the city, past the port, kayaking in a nearby bay, hanging out on Fort James beach and walking through the ruins of Fort James.
Giles is extremely knowledge about nature in Antigua. He shared a lot of information about bird life, plant life, and sea life in Antigua. He's also very knowledgable about Antigua's history and shares a lot of interesting information.
The exercise is not strenuous, but it is enjoyable. I had no problem doing the easy biking and walking/hiking in sandals. The other couple that joined our tour was less active, but had no issues with any of the activities. Wear swimwear if you want to lay out on the beach or take a swim in the ocean during the stop at Ft James beach.
Giles is extremely knowledge about nature in Antigua. He shared a lot of information about bird life, plant life, and sea life in Antigua. He's also very knowledgable about Antigua's history and shares a lot of interesting information.

We came in on a cruise and wanted to explore the island with a smaller group. The guides were excellent and made this a wonderful trip. I had a family of 5 (kids: 22,18 and 15 years old) and were joined by another couple for a total of 7 people. We started out on a nice leisurely ride through the city. We got on a kayak through the mangroves and then continued on our bikes to a secluded beach. We spent 1 1/2 hours at the beach and then did a short hike through the local fort and then returned back to town on our bikes. Everyone enjoyed our trip and the guides did a great job and explained the local history along the way. I wish I could give more than 5 stars... Highly recommend!

Reach out to the guys, they will not refund you automatically. This is from their website "We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before event". Not sure how your situation will be interpreted.
