While waiting for the opening of the Rivalta castle, we made a lovely discovery.
This Sanctuary preserves the statue of the Madonna Bambina and coincidentally it has protected us since 2013 in various difficult situations we have faced.
So he will accompany us on this tour of ours!🙏

Un luogo di pace e silenzio

Il santuario della Madonna del Castello è, amio avviso, davvero molto bello e ricco di numerosi affreschi e dipinti, nonchè numerose statue di santi e di grazie ricevute. Ho fatto un po' fatica a trovarlo, ma ammetto che ne è valsa la pena.

Piazzetta con vista Val Trebbia, si raggiunge a piedi con strada in salita e santuario della Madonna delle Grazie con ex voto. Luogo di spiritualità. Casa natale del beato Scalabrini.

Bella chiesetta e bel panorama

Dalla piazza principale di Rivergaro, ci si può inerpicare a piedi per una strada che conduce a questo piccolo santuario della Madonna delle Grazie. La chiesetta é molto suggestiva, anche per gli ex voto in essa conservati. Molto bello anche il panorama che si gode sull'abitato e su tutta la Valtrebbia. Un posto da visitare se si passa da questi luoghi.

Ho visitato l'interno solo una volta, ma mi sono recata spesso sul belvedere che domina il paese di Rivergaro e gran parte della valle. Alla fine dell'erta salita che inizia da piazza Paolo, si ammira finalmente un panorama mozzafiato: il nastro argenteo del fiume quando le chiome degli alberi non sono ancora troppo rigogliose, e a volte le Prealpi innevate. Un posto tranquillo e poco frequentato, ideale per passeggiate un po' introspettive.

Santuario piccolo ed affascinante

Conosco questo santuario da parecchio tempo ed è dedicato alla Madonna delle Grazie, questo lo si può anche desumere dai numerosi quadretti votivi di grazie ricevute appesi nella saletta antistante il locale chiesa. Posto di assoluto raccoglimento. Si può chiedere una benedizione speciale personale ai padri che gestiscono il santuario. Si trova nella parte alta di Rivergaro (PC)
da dove si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama. Parecchie coppie hanno deciso di celebrare il loro matrimonio in questo Santuario.
