Picturesque caves with stunning pools and waterfall. Simply stunning. It is possible to visit for a discounted price of 15 CHF on Friday and Saturday evenings. Since the attraction is inside and a constant 8-10 degrees temperature all year round it makes sense to do this, and not waste the sunshine during the day. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of steps. Sensible shoes essential.

We really liked this place. The entering with the watterfall and nature was amazing. Inside it´s really Nice and well organised with the signs, according to that you can go inside without a guide. It´s not that expensive, but If you are with the car, the parking is a little problem, there it´s not really enough by high season and you need to Pay for parking separately. But with the ticket to the cave you receive a free ticket to the museum which was nice.

The cave system is very impressive and beautiful. The trails inside the cave are in very good condition although can get slippery.
I recommend taking a guided tour and bring warm clothes because the temperatures inside are 8-10 degrees at all seasons.

The caves were amazing - not sure worth 17chf per person. I would of given a better review, however when you purchase your ticket you’re advised this allows access to the museum. So we purchased 2 adult tickets and a dog ticket for 10chf, upon buying this the lady said we could also go in the museum.

So we headed down to the museum to be told our dog couldn’t go in - even though we bought a ticket as dogs were not allowed, but we could leave our dog tied up outside!!!

There is no description anywhere when you purchase a ticket to advise this and therefore we could not go in.

Great experience walking through the cave with my family. Parking at the bottom and then the hike up is the sweatiest part. There is a small children’s playground to stop off about 1/2 way up. Once inside the cave it’s so cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. The rushing water was fascinating to see and my favorite was the “Three Sisters” spot inside the cave!

The caves are well worth the visit, you walk just under one kilometre into the mountain and see amazing formations. Particularly special is the three sisters formation with its mirror effect. Bring warm clothes 12 degrees inside

Long lines to go in.
Too overrated. You go all the way back through the same route, passing by lots of people who are irritated because they need to let you go opposite direction.
Not at all spectacular waterfalls as described. Very poor and simple.
Does not worth the time and money spent.

We first wanted to go on a sunday in september, but there was no parking spot left. At the end of the afternoon we tried again, but still crazy crowded. Later during the week we had more luck.
Please be aware that from the parking lot it is a very steep clime and longer than expected to the entrance of the cave. It was a very hot day and no benches on the way up except for at the very end. So getting there was harder than the caves themselfs. Why were there no benches??? I saw another elderly lady as wel who really had a hard time getting there.
The caves are really nice, but we were glad we didn't go in on the sunday. Most of the path is two ways and even though it was a lot quiter it can be very narrow passing the other people.
As said, the caves are really beautiful. After our visit we enjoyed our coffee on the terras with a wonderfull view.
PS please don't forget to bring coins for the parking.

Very cool caves to visit. Parking can be a challenge but we lucked out and got a spot. A decent walk up to the entrance. The line looked a bit long to get a ticket but it moved quickly.
The caves are really interesting and beautiful. Amazing what nature can do. It can get a little congested in area where the path is narrow but not bad. Temps are nice and cool.
The museum included with the cave entrance is small but good info.

Only by accident we heard about these caves - what a great spot. Keep in mind the walk up to the caves can be a little challenging e.g. steep but well worth the effort.

Very much enjoyed the experience of the long and winding cave, the water certainly makes it very fascinating and interesting. Good shoes are essential, narrow path, dark, and can be wet.
