We had an absolute ball with Frankie’s. We parked our cars in the recommended security monitored lot and proceeded to have one of the best experiences of our TNT trip. The Captain, onboard DJ and tour guide made my large party feel at home. The tour of the Buccoo reef was so informative and interesting to my children and husband, who had never seen anything like that before. The ability to swim in the Nylon Pool and jet ski around No Man’s land was icing on the cake. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to book with them again! Special shout out to the DJ who kept all the vibes lively and flowing on our tour!

Franky was very responsive in booking two tours we did with this company. His drivers were on time, friendly and accommodating. The first tour we went on was for Bucoo reef and nylon pool on a glass bottom boat and the second tour we went on was to go to Castara Bay/Waterfalls. For the book reef glass bottom boat tour you can purchase drinks, they take you also to an island where you can purchase food on the beach. I got grilled lobster which was delicious.

If you can cope with Tobago time you’ll love it.
30 minutes late leaving, the at the end of the trip ( just before they drop you back off at Pigeon Point) you have to wait another 30 minutes to pick more passengers up at another point!
Yes, disorganised, however Tobago will never change, and the scenery and beach bbq at No Mans Land made up for it !

We were sold the trip as we entered Pigeon Point, then told to park up at pigeon point and the boat, 'Soca Queen, will be waiting at the pier. No boat called 'Soca Queen' and no boat at the pier. We tracked down the guy who sold us the tickets and he managed to call in a boat, which we were hastily put onto.
We went to Buccoo Reef, hoping to snorkel, we were told we would be, but the rest of the passengers on the boat didn't want to snorkel, so we went to the Nylon pool. It is a nice place, lovely warm water but you have to like very loud reggae dance music, as that was blasting out from the boats moored there. Kind of spoiled the whole trip.
Then a short trip to 'No-Mans Island where we disembarked onto the sand. You can get some bbq food there if you want. We weren't informed about the need to take money, otherwise we would have done.
Then back on the boat to be dropped off at a Mangrove swamp and told 'Frankie' will come to collect us by vehicle and taken back to our car at pigeon point. We were never informed that we would be dropped off elsewhere by the boat.
We waited 30 minutes in a really rough and untidy dump in the sun. After several phone calls to 'Frankie' we were eventually picked up and dropped back to our car.
Overall an unprofessional and disorganised tour operator.
Avoid.

Today I was greeted twice by two persons affiliated with Frankie’s Tours offering services. The latter approached my companion and I with a sign that bore the Frankie’s Tours sign. We decided then and there that we would be apart of the Frankie’s team for our tour.
In their approach, we were told that our package included stops at three (3) destinations and drinks inclusive of rum punch and sodas. We were given a price of 100TTD for the above mentioned.
Whilst aboard, I enquired about our rum punch drink and I was immediately corrected that for the price I paid, no alcohol was involved. I was then sent to the Manager whom the workers referred to as Frankie. He told me that he was the Manager and whilst relating my complaint, another passenger overheard and said he was baited with the same deal.
The Manager referred to the person who sold me the ticket as a hustler, and that he was not affiliated with Frankie’s. Whilst boarding at Pigeon Point however, the person who sold me the ticket was at the entrance with said Manager, assisting with collection of tickets.
I told Mr. Frankie that he was there with the guy that sold me the ticket, that he knew the person so therefore he is affiliated with your group. Furthermore, Mr. Frankie collected my ticket and verified it was accurate, the same ticket that he deemed was not associated with your company. If this person was just a hustler, why was he beside and assisting with the boarding? Why was my ticket allowed on your boat?
It was then that he “remembered” the person and made it seem that I was misled yet nothing was done. I was however offered rum and coke by one of his associates which I politely declined.
At the end of the tour, Mr. Frankie approached me and again acted like he didn’t know the person that baited me. He asked me to show him the person when while aboard, him and his unprofessional counterparts blurted out the affiliate’s name. I reminded him that he remembered on the boat so why approach me now with the sudden temporary amnesia?
What I encountered today was intolerable. You provide this service every single day. Attempting to persuade or lure customers by providing a service and whilst aboard, you pretend as if the person whom you hired to lure customers is not a representative of your company is unethical. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are presenting yourselves to the world, representing Tobago. I can assure you that I have proof that the person that lured me to your boat was well known by your Manager and his team aboard. This booking was not fake as your website so puts it.
I urge fellow customers to please be aware of the unprofessionalism of the team.

We were sold a bbq tour and solicited as someone representing Frankie Tours. Even though it turned out that the person who sold the tour was not officially working for Frankie Tours they had no problem taking our money, transporting us to and from the boat and providing the tasteless lunch under the auspices of the Captain of the Frankie Tours boat.. On board the Frankie tours boat the Captain admitted that he had forgotten the ice and cups in his car that were provided by the person who sold us the tour. That same captain transported us to the Frankie Tours Boat and and kept swearing and speeding the entire time because he was 1/2 hour late by the time we arrived to begin the trip. The boat service was terrible, people kept asking for cups and ice and they just shrugged, there were not enough snorkels and masks were missing pieces and they offered no description of the places that we stopped.
I later complained to a person who represented herself as Mrs Frankie and she seemed sympathetic took my contact details and said she would be calling to arrange either a refund of a portion of my $1500tt as I had paid ($500 per person for 3) or arrange for a complimentary tour on a different day. She never called. I called back the following day and she said that Frankie Tours were not responsible for any tours booked outside of their website.even though their captain picked us up and purchased our food and apologized for forgetting our ice and cups.
Bottom line, when I purchase a ticket from a travel agent, he or she is not responsible for the service on board the plane/ship. This is the same principle that applies to Frankie Tours and any of their agents whether known or unknown.
Frankie Tours will tell you that they are not responsible for whoever sells their tours, but they are responsible for the service they provide while on the boat. This company is a sham for what they represent in this beautiful island, and should be avoided at all cost and at any cost. I learned the hard way and paid a high cost for the lesson.

I am frankie and i am sorry for you experience ,But as you rightfully said we are not responsible for any person selling you a tour out side of frankie tours , because it it so easy for some person to sell you anytour put you on a boat and said it frankie tours , Or even put you on one of our boat we will never know what the transaction between you and your seller as you said we alway do our own beach bar que so seeing he has to purchase food mean it what we call a hatch job .anyhow still sorry about your experience and more sorry we have to take the bad name for it , but all the warnings are in place online and offline about outside booking.

We booked the Littke Tobago tour on line through the website. 9am-2pm. We emailed to confirm the times. We got to Bluewaters for 9 am to be told the tour started at 10.30. 90mins of our
holiday 'wasted'. Dion arrived just before 10.30, he was polite and apologetic about the 'misunderstanding'. Having previously visited Little Tobago we were disappointed in the lack of birds and the brief tour. Instead of finishing at 2 we arrived back at Bluewater at 12.40. This included a half hour stop for other guests to snorkel. In spite of contacting Frankie we have had no response to our request for a partial refund. No apology apart from Dion, who was very knowledgeable and went some to making the less disappointing.

I had a bad experience with Frankie Tours. I booked a hire car for them and paid in advance. When I picked the car up they seemed a bit dodgy with no paperwork or office. I took it anyway, but then they tried to make me pay again and when I wasn't happy they sent someone to disable the car, leaving me stranded. I would stay clear of Frankie Tours and use one of the established car hire companies at the airport instead.

Herded like sardines picking up people at different points, snorkeled for 15 minutes at most, every boat competing with their sound systems. No mans land was no different, noisy and nowhere near the beautiful and peaceful experience we had a few years ago. Rude inconsiderate crew. Somebody needs to take control of this reef and noise pollution.

My family and I would definitely recommend this tour ! The service was honest , fun and friendly. This tour was definitely the highlight to our family trip to Tobago. We really enjoyed watching the sunset into the ocean while we enjoyed the warm clear waters of the nylon pool. Thank you Frankies tour for creating such a wonderful tour !

Hi - we are arriving in Tobago late June 2018 and are a large group (about 40 ppl) of which all may not be interested in tour. How long are the tours? What is the price per person? What is the max capacity that you can handle? Where does this pick up - we'll be at Coco Reef? And how far in advance would we need to book? Thank you!
Written May 18, 2018
Hi we have a party of 12, two are under 12... We are interested in the glass bottom boat tour... Do we need a reservation for so many ppl? What does the tour include and what is the price in $TT
Written July 19, 2016
under twelve is fine, and no you don't have to reserve in advance. Typical tours are 2-3 hours long and include stops at : The Buccoo reef, no man's land and Pelican Island (which is just a sand bank in the middle of the sea). They may not stop at all three according to weather conditions and time constraints, but will surely go to the reef and at least 1 other place. I'm not sure about the prices now, but i think i remember paying approx 120 TT maybe a little more or less.
Hope this helps
