About
Captain Taina has been guiding around Moorea’s waters for 17 years. You’ll receive from our family a real discovery of our lagoon and its wildlife. Enjoy an amazing swim with turtles, sharks, rays, schools of fish and even underwater sculptures ! For those less comfortable in the water, enjoy the clear view of the lagoon and all its creatures aboard our glass bottom boat. You’ve never seen the water like this before. Finally, delight your senses on our private motu (islet). Will be waiting for you some rum punch, pineapple juice, beer and water. You’ll feast on a local meal with fresh ingredients: Tahitian raw fish salad, chicken breast and fresh fish Kebabs, and seasonal fruits. Friendly for guests of all age, our tours guaranty a high comfort and a real intimacy (12 passengers max). We look forward to sharing our unique experience of Moorea with you, above and below the surface.

Great time with Caro and Swan, our musical captain, for a lagoon trip in a glass bottom boat.
Magical experience! We were able to see turtles, multicolored fish, skates, a shark and underwater statues of the Tiki in this beautiful lagoon.
The Polynesian meal on the motu was delicious.
Caro gave us a lot of information about wildlife and Polynesian customs in general.
All in a good mood.
We strongly recommend this outing with Captain Taïna whose structure is on a human scale.
Congratulations on the organization and good continuation.

Fifth visit to Moorea and by far the best snorkeling tour I've ever had. I'm mobility impaired (use a wheelchair though I can get up) and have trouble getting in and out of the water. Our guide, Caro, suggested a full face mask (great idea for someone with a small head like me) and helped me have a fabulous experience. We swam with sharks, rays, sea turtles. Incredible experience having the stingrays brush up against me. I loved seeing the underwater tikis from the glass bottom boat. The stop and lunch on the motu was a lovely interlude, we had yummy poisson cru and rum and pineapple juice. Thank you to Caro, Teiki (sorry if I am misspelling) our captain and Captain Taina for allowing me to experience the fish, ocean and beaches like a dream.

This family has shared the wonders of Moorea's lagoon. Highly highly recommend. Swimming with the sharks and stingrays was the highlight of our 33 day vacation. Captain TAINA, family and crew shared the paradise of their home, yard beach and pier in the most generous and gracious way. Again, outstanding visit.

We had a great time with the family (5 to 83 years old), and thanks to the transparent bottom boat, everyone was able to enjoy it, even without launching! Special mention to "snorkling towed" and our Super Guide Caro (Ace and relax) and Captain Swann. And thanks also to the rays, turtles and sharks:-)

A particularly well organized excursion. A friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful spots where I could take many pictures: turtles, leopard rays, sharks and a multitude of colorful fish
a delicious meal and a friendly atmosphere. I recommend.

Magnificent day of snorkling discovery with Clément who was considerate and adorable. It's done in fun but with a lot of seriousness and professionalism.
Despite the unpredictable weather we were able to observe turtles, shark rays, we saw an octopus 🤩
We ate divinely well on a private motu.
In short, an excellent day which will remain in our memories

We had an incredible time snorkeling with Captain Taina - Kenae and Chris on 2 boats with 22 friends. The boat captains were excellent and the guides amazing. They showed us Tiki monuments, hawksbill turtles, sharks and stingrays with a great deal of patience to make sure everyone had a great time and saw everything. We had a fantastic lunch on a private island including a raw fish cooking demonstration in coconut milk, grilled skewered fish and chicken, a side of rice, and seasonal fruit. We also had a rum punch and local beer. Everyone said it was one of the best tours they have done and we have a very experienced group of travelers. Everything was done per the description of the tour but the experience was better than we expected.

Ibooked this as my husband doesnt snorkel and this was the only glass bottom boat on the island. When we arrived for the tour, they told us the glass had broken so we were going on a normal boat. To be honest i think there should have been some sort of refund for this. The day we had booked for we couldn't find where to catch the boat, so we contacted them and asked them to pick us up for the next day, which they did. They said to use google to find them, but it is extremely expensive to use that in the islands for us. Captain Taina was driving the boat and her son was talking to us. He was very nice and patient, especially with an annoying little boy. 1/2 of us got into the water and hung onto a rope and were towed by the boat slowly while Kaina looked for turtles etc then gestured to his mother to tow us over them. The ones i saw were sleeping on the bottom, but we saw some come to the top for air later. We got into the water with stingrays which was fabulous. On the island we had local rum and pineapple juice and a lovely lunch of kebabs and salad. Was quite an expensive trip especially considering we didnt get the glass bottom boat, but was a nice day.

Overall a fantastic tour. Started the day by being gently tugged behind the glass-bottom boat with a rope in the provided snorkel gear/life vest to see schools of eagle rays and turtles. When you're waiting for your turn, you can look down the glass bottom to hunt for sea turtles as well. Then we got a small tour of part of the island, saw a hotel that was converted into a marine animal shelter (complete with two dolphins). After that, we proceeded to an area of shallow water (~3 feet) to swim with sting rays and sharks, which felt very safe. The sting rays were calm and no one in the crowded area was stung during our time there. Afterwards, we saw some underwater tiki sculptures and then proceeded to her family's small motu for a wonderful picnic of salad with fresh coconut milk, poisson cru, as well as grilled chicken and fish which was delicious. Captain Taina and her family went out of their way to prepare vegetarian food for my wife and made us feel so welcome during our time with them. They were very knowledgeable about the island and passionate about its preservation which made the tour all the better.

We went to Moorea as part of our honeymoon and this was one of our few excursions- and it was certainly worth it! Captain Taina herself led our boat and was very knowledgable with information about the island and its sea creatures. Drift snorkeling we saw all sorts of things including turtles and rays, later swam with sharks and sting rays, and the motu cookout with local ceviche and other goodies was also amazing. Captain Taina and her team go above and beyond to show off their beautiful island and waters. You definitely see and do many things on this tour you would not see just snorkeling around off the beach of your resort, so it felt very worth it to us and we would definitely recommend. There was a family with elementary aged kids with us on the tour and the kids seemed to really enjoy it, too.
