A visit to the Domaine the Cambis is much more than shopping for great wines. Sitting on the hillside of the tiny Berlou village, the Cambis tasting room offers great views over the valley below. We were welcomed by the winemaker himself who described his wines and his craft with passion and care. Take a walk outside, close your eyes and be immersed in the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of this unique place. Stroll in the middle of the vines and feel the special schist terroir which gives the Cambis wines all its personality. We will make sure to always come back whenever we are in the region!

We had a great tour of more than an hour though the vinyards and production facilities, plus a wine tasting. Martin is a young professional with wide international experience, who took over the vinyard from his mother who founded it. His English excellent. He is very knowledgable about growing, production and markets. Most important is that his range of wines is of excellent quality. No wonder a big part is exported. Make a reservation, visit, have a good time and convince yourselves! Enjoy the scenery from the terrace of this domain located on the top of the hill.

This lovely family make us feel absolutely welcomed, we had the chance to go on a superb friendly tour to discover their vineyard, winemaking process and we learnt how passionate they are, we really enjoyed it!

Don't hesitate to climbe the steep hill to go and meet Martin. He will explain you with infinite passion about his life in the vineyard and will let you taste the nice wines of Cambis.
If you're lucky he will even make you taste a sip of his excellent and extarordinary sweet red wine currently maturing in a hidden pace in the Cambis cellar.
