Alan and Morag were very helpful and informative. You can view the cheese making process through windows in the shop. Go in the morning to the see the start of the process. Cheese for sale at a reasonable price. A must for a cheese fan

you get very good cheese & whisky ice cream. a small factory but you can get insight in to cheese making. lots of types available for sale also
