I went with my wife, sister-in-law, and her boyfriend, and we couldn't stop raving about the experience for days. Joe and Liz are super sweet and hilarious and have great stories. The wine was very good, and the meal was to die for. Definitely worth a trip!

O vinyards what can I say wow wow wow. We arrived an hour early no problem as Joe was walking from the vines after a days work. A quick chat two magnificent glasses of white wine as he got ready for the tour. You are staying in his own home (we booked over night ) and the room would put... More

Is the owner paying for good reviews? Was anybody on this tour, who is really into wine?? A huge lack of knowledge, combined with overconfidence is what you get for a lot of money. The wine you get served is obviously absolutely overrated. Normaly I would always recommend to buy wine directly from the producer, but in this case not!... More

This is a 'must-do' if you are anywhere near Carcassonne. Jo and Liz welcome you into their home and if you do the full meal and wine tour you will not be disappointed. Great to see how the wine is produced and we filled the car with about 20 bottles and we will enjoy and savour every single one of... More

Joe, who owns the vineyard and also makes the tour, he sells quite good white whine (Chasan), but he does not kow anything about whine. He rated a question about white wine from red grapes as a really stupid question and was somehow surprised when I told him about "blanc de noir". This is not what I expect from someone... More

I honestly do not think we could have picked a more welcoming or relaxing place for the start of our first holiday away with our 10month old daughter... The setting is idyllic and Liz and Joe were perfect hosts. They were wonderfully accommodating, considering we were couple of nervous parents, who were not quite sure how the trip would work... My wife and I have been here three times this summer and we enjoyed it more and more with every visit! Whether we brought friends, parents or grown up children everybody enjoyed the experience and considered it the highlight of their visit. Jo and Liz are the consummate hosts and put a lot of effort in to making sure that... More

Really fun evening - learning about wine, meeting the winemaker and his family, and eating delicious fusion food.

We signed up for the wine tour and evening meal and the whole experience was lovely. The tour was very informative and the food and wine both delicious and readily available. This was both the best trip and best meal we had in Carcassonne and one of the best tourist experiences I've had in many a year. We also ordered... More

A real highlight of our trip to the South of France. Joe and Liz were fantastic hosts. We were made to feel very welcome. Clearly they love what they do. Great insight into the hard work that goes into producing good wine. The vineyard and surrounding area are stunning. Liz produced a fabulous meal . An informal & hugely entertaining... More
