We stayed overnight, with a winery tour, tasting, evening meal (with paired wines) and breakfast. This was a fantastic treat for us. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly. Joe, Liz and Muse are all really welcoming, and we fealt at home with them. We arrived early, but were still welcomed warmly and given a cold glass of white to... More

Really lovely afternoon with my family-18 year old son and my elderly parents. We had a lovely time learning about the vineyards and wine making process in a relaxed and informal manner. We were treated to delicious food and wine that catered to all dietary requirements-so much so that we have booked to go back again for a meal.

We had a fantastic tour with Joe around the vineyards and winery, with generous samples of his fine wine and a great host. His wife Liz was also wonderful and brought us out some food after our tour. Very nice people with a vineyard in the most beautiful location outside Carcassonne. Also, for the experience you get the price is... More

If you have a few days in Carcassonne then why not try some of the wonderful wine from this region. We did a tour that started in the afternoon around 4pm and finished around 7.30pm and included a delicious dinner which was very filling. It is an experience you wont forget and is definitely worth the visit. We didnt have... More

What a fantastic place! Cannot recommend enough. The vineyard is perfect, lovely location, nice buildings and great wine. The best part however is the hosts - Liz and Joe. The wine tasting (or wine drinking as Joe quickly corrected) was a lovely tour round the vines, pressing area and cellar and never with an empty glass. Joe has a lot... More

We had a lovely afternoon at the vineyard. You will taste a good amount of wine with very good portions. The tour is very informal and there is good opportunity to meet other travellers.

We arrived a little before 16h and received a cool glass of refreshing, lovely white wine. Joe and his wife are excellent hosts and made everyone feel comfortable from the first encounter. During the tour Joe does an excellent job of telling us interesting stories and facts without overloading, and he's always pausing, leaving space, and looking to answer questions.... More

An outstanding 4 hour visit with Joe, his wife, and four other couples. Joe has a great enthusiasm for his craft and loves to share the fruit of his knowledge and labor. The glasses never went empty. Dinner was excellent. An incredible night all around. If you are an English speaker this is a can't miss place.

From our first arrival we welcomed warmly with a glass of cold beautiful white wine. Joe and Liz are wonderful people and the walk around the vineyard was informative without being pretentious. The theme here is to drink the wine and enjoy it and not try to taste ozone, peach, blueberries etc. etc.!!!! I don't normally drink red wine but... More
