Nice little local spot for dinner. It's casual enough and after dinner u can drop downstairs for a drink. The steak on the stone is delish and the staff are friendly! The mid week deal are great. Portion sizes are big enough.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. Restaurant was nicely busy and quite cosy. Menu is varied, food was tasty, service quick and staff very friendly. Finished off the night in the Watermill bar downstairs which had a good atmosphere. Would recommend.

We visit a couple of times a year. The staff are fantastic and the food and service are worth the drive. Steak on a stone is amazing, the desert was beautiful. A little gem of a restaurant, and a must visit.

Had a quick after dinner drink here at the weekend. It's a bit dreary inside and it smells a bit smoky as people tend to smoke near the front door. There was one really efficient bar man but the other staff spent most of their...More

Went for an early bird on a Saturday night. We both had steak. I had steak on the stone, which was good with three different sauces. It came with mushrooms and onions, which were dry and looked like they had been cooked a long time....More

Absolutely love the steak on the stone here . Early bird menu is excellent value. Staff could be a little more attentive. But food is excellent .

Went here sunday around 6. Menu was boring and steak on the stone seemed like the only exciting thing they could give life to(even though you cook it yourself). Roast beef slices from a packet and so much carrots(from a packet). And tastless gravy. Decor...More
