The public library of Vicoopisano, "P. Impastato", is situated in front of the clock tower, in one of the most suggestive places of the medieval town. In the library there are books and dvd, and a room for kids. The library is also tourist office and internet point. All the services are free.

The librarian speaks pretty good English and they have a map of the town. Also they have the bus schedules. He can also tell you of any local festivals of which there are always some going on in summer.

As librarians we had to drop in and checkout local library. We had a nice chat with the librarian and were very impressed with the service that was provided.
