Come and learn Argentina´s magic through typical local recipes in a classic Argentinian´s cuisine! We open our doors and invite you to our kitchen so as to learn classic dishes while sharing with other people from around the world. Besides, you will be able to see how we live in Argentina including our classic Mate ritual: how to prepare and share it as we do everywhere in Argentina with home-made Alfajores filled with Dulce de Leche. We offer you a unique experience of a 3 hours class where you will cook everything from scratch with your own hands. At the end we will enjoy everything we cooked together at the table while learning about different Argentinian wines and how they pair with food. The classes include everything: recipes, kitchen apron and anything you need. You just need to come and enjoy! As classes are given in English and Spanish it is also a great way to improve your Spanish skills!

We booked a cooking class with Francesco while we we already in Buenos Aries on vacation. Booking was very straightforward online. There were seven English-speaking participants in the class and we all had a real blast. Francesco is young, skilled and confident, giving lessons in his cookery school which doubles as his home, and over a three hour period we as a group cooked and ate some really flavoursome Argentinian favourites, including starters, main and desert. Wine and conversation flowed, and all agreed that we’d had a memorable and special time in Francesco’s care. Recipes were forwarded by email after the class, as promised. Would definitely recommend as an excellent half-day experience while in this vibrant capital city.

Fran's class was a highlight of our time spent in Argentina- he was extremely accommodating to our limited availability and made it very easy to sign up. The class itself was great- students are able to select whether they want to focus on cooking/preparing one item individually or work together as a group (I suggest working together as a group). Fran also accommodated dietary restrictions and ensured that everyone had an enjoyable evening. Although he does not have as many reviews as other cooking experiences on Airbnb or TripAdvisor, I assure you that he has well trained and has a plethora of experience. I would highly recommend taking his class if you are visiting Buenos Aires!

Franco was very organized and pacient, we cooked a lot of things, and the time was more than enough to do all with calm and enjoying the learning process. My mother, which doesn´t speak spanish or english, loved the class and had a good time too. I strongly recommend, we loved the experience.
