This was a fantastic wine tour booked through Gartour. Our guide was tremendous and was studying to become a sommelier, and our hostess was generous with her time and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this tour.

The property is amazing and Niccolo is incredibly detailed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the wine, the property and Medici background. Highly recommend to everyone!

We really enjoyed our trip to the Malenchini estate. The villa and grounds are beautiful and the tour gives an opportunity to see them and learn about the history of the site. There are also amazing views over the estate and back towards Florence. The wine tasting itself is excellent - we had bread, salami and cheese alongside the wines, as well as cantuccini biscuits with the sweet wine. The servings are generous and the setting (the old kitchen) is lovely. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very friendly - excellent English too. We would recommend this highly as a trip if you're in the area!

My friend and I wanted to visit a winery but didn't want to go too far from the main part of the city of Florence because we didn't have a car. It's a quick 20-minute taxi drive and you are transported to a beautiful antiquated winery with such fascinationg family history. We were given a fantastic tour and wine tasting. The wine was so delicious that I ordered half a case, that ships to your home. They also have newly decorated villas if you would like to stay on the premises. I can't wait to go back! Magical fairytale experience.

My daughter and son-in-law were married at this beautiful venue in August, 2015. Everything about it was spectacular from the setting (the serene and splendid views of the Tuscan hills and countryside looking back to Florence), to the delicious food by Galateo, to its magnificent ambience. Eric and Christianna were very gracious, professional and attentive to everyone's needs. The wedding party resided at the villa while close family stayed at the villa apartments a short distance away (3 minute walk). A wonderful and bountiful breakfast was served at both the Villa and the Villa apartments. A driver was provided for shuttle service to and from the historic center of Firenze. (Florence; a 15 minute drive from the villa). It truly was a fairy tale wedding as evidenced by the photographs and thank you cards we have received. I would highly recommend this venue. Photographs are lovely but cannot even begin to capture the essence of this special place.
