Beautifully groomed white sand is soft on the feet. Water was great. Temperature was perfect, pleasant, and enjoyable. Wave action was at a comfortable level and added interest. Lots of room to walk, swim, and enjoy the sun.

Not a great place for young children, very few places to rinse the sand off after being on the beach! 1 spot that's pet friendly and it's less the 50 yards. Water was not as the pictures show!

We’re not really beach people, but stopped on our way back from Fort Pickens. The sand is so white and beautiful! The beach is so long that people can spread out and have their own area.

Been traveling to Pensacola Beach for 45 years or so, and it always delivers a great vacation experience. Plenty of good restaurants, water sports and the best beaches in the world. We'll be back!

Pensacola Beach is a great place for families. If you are flying, the beach is only about 20 minutes from the beach. There is a pretty good size parking lot right by the beach and well maintained restrooms. There is a great pier for those...More

Not very crowded - which is good but it could be a little cold - but then again, probably not. December is a great time here!

August is one of our hottest months. I would recommend towards the end of Sept. It is hurricane season and this is the peak time for this area. Pensacola’s airport is convenient and about 15 minutes from beach. The Hilton on... More

There’s no opening nor closing times for the beach except for the state park beaches (ex. Ft. Pickens) that open at sunrise & close at sunset. If you like/love to fish, the Pensacola Beach Pier is open all night :)
