every year there is a sculpture festival in this beach. Be your light jacket, umbrella, hat ready because it can be so hot .

It's a well-known fact that most beaches in Taiwan is black in color, the iron content of the land is the main reason. The best beaches are in South, Kenting area, here in East Cost you can find some beach areas with golden sand. Fulong Beach is one of them. Next to Fulong Hotel, you can see this huge beach... More

There is a river that runs parallel to the ocean. This is something I have never seen before. The beach is a short 45 minutes drive from our hotel in downtown, Landis. The beach is super lean, the water is clean and the right temperature, and the sand has no rocks. I have been in many great beaches in my... More

Great Beach... follow the crowd across the street from train station and short walk to the beach where you need to pay very cheap. Lifeguards on duty. People do bring there dogs and glass bottles on to the beach leaving behind both for your feet to step on on many occasions. However, if you go to the right follow the... More

I've been to Fulong Beach several times. It is a very well maintained beach for beach goers. They have umbrellas and tents that you can rent, they sell food near the beach...they even have a Fulong hotel that is decent. It's a great place for the family, the waves are not big at all...people rent kayaks there...

Had a great time taking the train from Keelung to Fulong Beach but be prepared for a crowded train as every one is going to the beach especially on a Sunday to catch a wave or two. Don't expect to get into the water though as there was no visual life guard and the area has strong under currents. But... More

Fulong Beach is a popular attraction during the summer, since there is a Hohaiyan Rock Festival every July. We took a train there from Taipei Main Station, as we walked out the station there were many places you can rent bicycles from. Before we head to the beach we rode bicycles to the Old Caoling Railway Tunnel, the natural cool... More
