A little piece of Heaven.

Fantastic! Cream teas and tranquility! There is a good menu, you're not rushed and it is spotless. The food is so fresh and divine. Highly recommend.

All homemade cakes and proper china just as a tearoom should be. Other food is available, salads and light lunches all freshly prepared. Visit can also include a wander through the secret garden which is a haven of plants and a tranquil place to sit, free of charge but you can put a donation towards upkeep if you wish. I love... We enjoyed a trip to Clovelly yesterday, despite the heavy shower as we trudged back up the hill, and then looked around Clovelly Court Gardens - which I believe would have served the rectory where Charles Kingsley lived as a child when his father officiated there. After that we decided to head for Hartland, and that it was time to... More

These two lovely people opened up their tea rooms for me on Sunday as my husband had a green burial at Atlantic Rest. Mike and I had visited The Tea Rooms on numerous occasions so it was lovely to be able to have the tea rooms for close friends and family afterwards. They had worked so hard and produced a... More

Having been staying local to Cheristow Lavender Farm, we decided to go for a cream tea. The cream tea was very enjoyable, service friendly and attentive, but unfortunately we were there at a time when the gardens weren't at their best. Not the fault of the Farm, but our timing.

Lovely cream tea. Had a small child with us, but still plenty to look at - really interesting to see a wind turbine up close, animals, lovely views, nice garden to walk round. Interesting shop. It is a small venue, but if you are in the area definitely worth visiting.

Lovely tea-rooms with seating inside and out. Delicious cakes and scones ! Also has small gardens around, one of lavender, a rose garden and a beautiful well-kept secret garden beyond the poly-tunnels. Well worth finding this little treasure as it seems as if it's in the middle of nowhere !

What an amazing place, they certainly have the uniqueness of this one right. We were a little early in the year to see the lavender in bloom, so make sure you check your calendar if you want to witness this beautiful sight. The cream tea is presented tastefully, with lovely touches to it, the scones contain Lavender and it really... More

We had a ride out to the Lavendar Farm as it had been mentioned by some family members that had visited previously. A small but charming concern and whilst we could not enjoy the lavendar at its best, given the time of year, we enjoyed the visit. Nice to see the animals about the place. The gardens were pleasant. The... More

First visit for my friend & self and we arrived at the end of the lunchtime period but were able to chose from the lunch menu still. We did have to wait some time for our order but the tea room was quite busy. Lovely melted Brie & accompaniments on flatbread with salad & crisps. Generous portion so no room... More
