This place is a bit out of the way but good value. I think you would not spend more than a couple of hours here. There are a huge range of different species here and some information given in English. Good for children. Entrance was about €12 per person.

Very interesting not only for children, also adults can be amused by this place. A lot of turtles from around the world. Even from Galapagos and Seychelles ! What i liked the most was the turtle nursery and "obstetrics ward" where i saw turtle coming out from an egg!!! AMAZING!!! (+)nice and friendly staff (+)some "showers" for the visitors (great... Spent around one hour and a half there. It is more impressive than the flyer tells you,you get to see a lot of turtles and there are some very impressive specimens. There is also a nice area at the entrance where you can get something to eat or drink.

Had read about this place in our DK guidebook but decided not to visit as it wrongly stated that it was situated in the hamlet of Carbuccia, which is only accessible by narrow minor roads. We were therefore delighted on our way south along the N193 from Corté to Ajaccio to discover it is right beside the main road on... More

very nice place for kids and adults. You can see all kinds of turtles, big, small, young old. And you also lear about hteir live and surroundings, where they come from. It is lovely made and worth going. Only the prize is quite high, even kids above 12 pay adult prices (as everywhere in Corsica)

What a spectacular place. We stayed in St. Florent so it was a 2.5 hour drive away but well worth it. A great selection of tortoises in beautiful surroundings. A nice little shop on the way out too. Very friendly staff. We spent about 3.5 hours there and it could've easily been longer! Nice place to take a picnic too!

This turtle ZOO is a wonderful place for seeing and exploring turtles. There are so many species of turtles I haven't seen them before. But there is also a nice place to relax and enjoy.

We approached this driving north on the N193 and went straight past it. The signage was not very good or we might have found it easily. Our DK guide book said that it was up in a local village. Having spent nearly two hours driving though winding tiny roads, we gave up for the night and went to a hotel.... More

As a turtle owner and a huge turtle/tortois lover I could not miss this place during my visit to Corse. My only regret was that I could only stay about 1hr because I had to take a taxi there and the driver was waiting for me at the parking lot. Otherwise I could have stayed all day adoring all those... we visited A Capulatta one afternoon not expecting much. I loved it, i could have stayed and watched he turtles all day. So many different species, a very interesting place to go. All the literature is in French. i thought it was defiantly worth the 10€, as it helps to look after the turtles. you do have to be quite... More
