Professionally run horse tour of Zion Park. A bit dusty on the trail, but great viewpoints of the lower Zion Park. Informative guides pointed out features and history of the park, and answered questions from the group. Nice trip!

This was my first time horseback riding since I was a child. Let me re-phrase this was my first time properly horseback riding, on a horse, being near a horse in probably 15 years. We rolled up to the spot morning of the ride and they were able to accommodate us but I do recommend making a reservation ahead of... More

You will need to wear a hat since most of the ride is out in the sun. The route across the Virgin River and underneath the Zion's (Court of Patriarchs) is amazing. Your broken up into groups of 7 with a guide who gives background information on the park and previous indian culture. The hour ride is long enough- My... More

Diane was a great tour guide, very sweet and knowledgable, telling you important info about the canyon and Jim was the comedian, telling jokes the whole time. Myself and a 7 and 8 year old did the one hour tour with the 11 am departure. It got a little hot near the end of our ride due to near 100... More

Our family did the one hour horse ride, figuring that would be best, just in case the boys did not enjoy the ride. My wife and the boys had a great time. It was raining during the hour, but that made it even that much better. The two guides were amazing, showing off features. We even got to see the... More

We took our kids out of school a week early for this trip and they were upset to miss field day. So, we booked this as a surprise since our youngest is obsessed with horses. The look on her face when she realized we were actually going to ride the horses is something I will never forget! It was our... More

We did the 3 hour trail ride. We had 2 riders that had never ridden a horse before. We had great guides and they talked with everyone before they pick the horse or mule they would be riding. We had a water and bathroom break about half way though the trail ride. The views of the canyon were amazing.

Our family took the 3 hour ride. We have very limited riding experience, but with a great guide and well behaved horses we had an amazing time. It was well over 100F, but there were plenty of water breaks. What an amazing way to see the canyon. Highly recommend!

We took a three hour trail ride that was great. It's 7.4 miles round trip. They have lots of horses. A young man spoke to each person for a couple of minutes and then assigned each of us a horse or mule. Our guides were Diane and Jim. Both were very knowledgable and friendly. It was a great ride through... More

We were a bit apprehensive of going for an hour on a horse in the heat of mid morning and were concerned about the horses we might be given and the terrain we were going to travel along But we were allotted horses that fitted our height and weight and off we went, initially crossing the Virgin River then going...
