It was $30 to drive the 5 Miles, and it was worth it. We met wonderful couples enjoying it with us but it was not crowded.

Yes you could use the 5 Mile Road with your RV. At the end you have plenty of space to turn around. It's a dead end road. But there's no Lake at all... :)
