The wait to get on can be long, but we never waited more than 20 minutes. And it's worth it to have no cars in the canyon. It is quiet and clean. You just hop on and enjoy the wonders around every bend. Get off if you like, or take it the 40 minutes to the end and then 40... More

Be warned: We waited nearly an hour for the main ride in. Once we were in, and to get from point to point, it was much more efficient.

We did a one-day hike of Angel's Landing and the shuttle was the best way to the park entrance from Springdale. It picked us up and dropped us off right across from our hotel (Majestic View Lodge). Even though it wasn't too busy, it was better to leave my car at the hotel rather than find parking closer. There is... More

The shuttle is really super efficient - the problem is that the crowds are what the crowds are. We waited almost 30 minutes to board the bus - a really long time in the sun and heat of the Canyon. But it was worth the wait. And the Park Folks do try to make the ride interesting. I just think... More

The shuttle service is great!!! The drivers are polite, there is a recording telling you information about the next stop, shuttles pass by very often until 9:30 pm i think! They are free , good way to see the park if you don't want to walk or if you don't have much time like me the first day!

This shuttle system is a model in how to manage the large number of summer day tourists in a National Park. The buses run regularly, and there are pre-recorded descriptions coinciding with your location in the park. All stops are described in the handouts which you receive upon entering the park. There is a similar shuttle system located in the... More

In the busy summer period, the canyon would be a nightmare if cars were allowed in it. The shuttles travel along the uncrowded canyon road at regular enough intervals and we felt they work superbly. There were examples of shuttles being full and not able to take all of the passengers waiting at the stop but the next shuttle is... More

The shutter is convenient. It is an efficient way to transfer visitors. It is also environment friendly.

We only took the shuttle to and from the Narrows, but it was a pleasant experience. Its the only way to travel in parts of the park.

Very good idea to have the shuttles and keep cars off the canyon road. You can get off and on at various spots. It was a little hot though, no air conditioning on the buses. Very crowded in the summertime, but it's convenient enough to overcome those issues and hey, you really don't have a choice unless you want to... More
