This is our second trip with Wildland Trekking.
We love knowing we will have an experienced guide, great gear and a week of making wonderful family memories.
It's such a treat to just enjoy the trip because the guide has planned all the food, activities and itinerary. We look forward to our next Wildland Trekking trip!
Jeanelle was just great. She was so informative about what we were seeing, she did a great job routing us on the best path, keeping us on schedule and feeding us such delicious food!

I traveled on the Zion and Bryce inn-based hiking trip in October 2021. I traveled as a solo traveler and I didn’t know exactly what to expect with 6 other hikers and a guide I did not know, I was pleasantly surprised with the group and the guide, Jack, was wonderful. Everyone on the trip had different backgrounds and personalities but Jack went out of his way to ensure we gelled as a group and had a blast. This is my third trip with Wildland and you cannot beat the value they offer for the price you pay. I had an amazing time on the hikes, the meals Jack prepared were amazing, and all of our dinners were at high-end restaurants. The hotels we stayed in were top notch as well. I would recommend Wildland to anyone looking for a quality, all-inclusive hiking experience for a reasonable cost.

Wildland truly exceeded my expectations on a recent trip to Joshua Tree National Park. From start to finish the Wildland staff showed real care and attention helping me pick the right trip, prepare for the trek, and truly engage with the experience.

Our guide Sam was outstanding, quickly gauging the groups ability and interests, providing clear outlines of the day, motivating the group, and cooking up a storm. I can't emphasise enough how spectacular the food was (she baked a cake in the backcountry!).

All in all, Wildland knocked it out of the (national) park.

From the pre-planning decision-making and insight to the actual execution of an amazing six day hiking experience on the Best of Utah Inn-based Tour, The Wildland trekking Company did not disappoint. Every day our guide added value and allowed us to enjoy the trip. Inns were lovely and food was fantastic. The days were packed with beautiful scenery, great company and access to spectacular hiking. Brittany, our guide, was informative, fun, and so organized! Recommend this trip for all who enjoy hiking in some of the more beautiful parts of our country.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time on the Wildland Best of Utah trip. It was our third or fourth outing with Wildland and each expedition has been top notch in every respect. Our guides on this trip (and previous trips) were not only exceedingly professional and knowledgeable, but funny as f$%*. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly during the trip. We continue booking additional trips with Wildland and wouldn't consider heading into the backcountry with any other guide service.

Our Wildland Trekking guide, Adam, and driver, Wally, were knowledgeable, timely, and tailored the hikes to our capabilities. It was our first time in Zion and we learned a lot, totally enjoying the experience. Pre-trip, they provided a list of questions to gauge our level of fitness so they could customize the experience to fit everyone in our group as well as a to-do list to prepare for the hike and a "here's what you need to bring" list. Everything went smoothly and we all had a lot of fun. I would recommend using this company and would definitely use them again.

What an awesome trip! This was my 5th trip with Wildland & they never disappoint. 2nd trip with guide Dakota. Dakota is professional, knowledgeable & loads of fun. He was training & mentoring a new guide on our trip, so nice to know a new generation of guides will be well trained. The food served in backcountry is gourmet & better than I eat at home! This was a base camp trip so one location with view of Needles and day hikes. Different type of trip than through hiking, but I loved it. Leaving the tent in one location was nice. Wildland is the best & I look forward to many more trips.

Another great backpacking trip with Wildlands. They have really know how to create and safe and fun adventure for those of us who don't want to brave it alone! This time we hiked with Liz in Death Valley, CA in January. Liz was an experienced backcountry guide who made us feel safe throughout the whole trip. She willingly shared her knowledge of backcountry living along with her big smile and enthusiastic laugh. She surprised us with a couple of special treats along the way like hot, freshly baked cinnamon buns with our morning coffee and tea or hot cider when we were snuggled in our sleeping bags at night. She made the adventure so much more fun. Death Valley has such a unique terrain and we had a blast exploring. Everyday the adventure was a little different. Thank you Wildlands!

I have taken 10 trips with Wildland trekking and 9 of 10 were excellent. The guides are uniformly wonderful, the trips are on everyone's "bucket list", safety is a priority and the owners (Scott Cundy et al) pay attention to reviews and modify their trips based on constructive feedback. I will continue to "check Wildland first" for trips in areas that I would like to visit. Can't say enough great things about this company.

This trip was fabulous! Our guides, Samantha and Nina, took us on trails we would not have done on our own. They managed to keep our diverse group together and happy. They also brought along a fabulous and unique assortment for lunch each day. Plus, a bonus sunset dinner along the rim of Bryce Canyon! One may not think about using a guide for hikes inside the National Parks. However, the knowledge of both the history and geography was invaluable. Add in the safety security comfort and the ability to utilize some hard to reserve hotels beds inside the park, makes this trip a no brained for me! Wildland Trekking made the reservation process and check list easy as well!
