The paved walkway to the falls is easy to negotiate and the falls are spectacular to see. This is our second visit and it always amazes.

The bottom of the falls is a short walk from the parking lot. From there if you choose, you can hike further into the canyon and follow the river which runs along the road to a beautiful meadow and picnic area. Not much elevation change...More

We hiked from the Zumwalt Meadow trail to the Roaring Falls trail and back. It was an easy hike and the falls were very powerful. We were the only ones on the trail and at the water fall (it was right around late morning), so...More

There is a paved path to the roaring falls. We could hear it long before we could see it. Do take the time to walk this short path to see the falls.

It was just a short walk up a paved path to to get to this waterfall. It was worth the stop to check it out.

Take the time to stop. A short 5 minute walk to the falls for some awesome photos. If it works out have lunch or a snack here.

Less than a ten minute walk to be able to see this lovely waterfall. There are additional trails to take in this area that lead to the meadow, etc. and they are all very scenic. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but are...More

From the car park, it is an easy walk just under 8 mins. You can view this falls front on. There is also another path opposite the river. A pullout on the other side of the river accesses the other side.

There was a short hike to get to the water fall. It was really pretty with a water fall, river and of course rocks.

I can't predict if the falls will be "roaring". Check the road through Kings Canyon for the Roaring Falls stop.
