A wonderful spot to sit and have lunch. We were there later in the year and had it to ourselves. Even the animals came up to visit and munch some lunch.

Nice little walk around the lake. We didn't do the upper trail. We heard some Elk calls & saw a lot of ducks and duckings.

Lily Lake is a delightful, easy walk in Rocky Mountain National Park. We saw marmots and lots of baby ducks. Wild flowers in early August. No entry fee for this area.

Nice easy flat 3/4 mile walk around the lake. Lots of parking. Just a few miles south of Estes Park. Lots of flowers, birds and other animals. Highly recommended.

Take the loop trail (less than a mile) going north of the lake on the hill, it's easy enough for kids too and you'll have a nice view.

This is a nice family friendly walk around the lake. There is ample parking and a bathroom. We saw a marmot on our walk and ducks. Very easy walk with nice pathway. Lots of birds.

Unbelievably this year, we sighted two moose in the water at Lily Lake and watched them swim from one shore to the other. Just memorable.
