Went on a 4 night, 5 day backpacking adventure to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our guide Floyd was incredible! I want to be as fit as him and be as active as him when I am 60! He was very accommodating to my vegetarian diet and always made sure everyone had enough to eat. It was a once in a lifetime memorable experience. A cathartic journey that I will never forget. Thanks for the memories! I highly recommend Floyd and the entire Wildland Trekking adventure. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was the second trip with Wildland Trekking. Our first trip was on the AT and this trip was in the Colorado Rockies- Estes Park. Our group of women hikers will be booking another trip! Incredible guides that are knowledgeable and just fun to spend time with as you hike beautiful trails. Incredible customer service. Floyd was our wonderful guide this trip. Living below sea level our group was a little concern about altitude. Floyd started us out slowly to let us acclimate to the elevation. He tailored the trip to our needs. We hiked 3 days and on each hike we took different trails that showed the amazing beauty of the Rockies. From lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountains, rocky terrain, animals - every hike was incredible. Floyd packed delicious lunches for our hikes, even bringing tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots from his own garden! Dinners were wonderful also. We did an Inn based hike and the accomodations were very nice. Will take another trip with Wildland in the future. You have a gem in Floyd!

Our group of 6 spent three amazing days with our fearless leader, Floyd! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. He led us on us three completely different hikes each day so that we could take in as much as we could in the Colorado Rockies. He prepared yummy meals and even surprised me on my birthday with a treat. This is our second trip with Wildland Trekking and we are looking forward to many more! It's so nice to be able to go on an adventure where all the details are carefully ironed out and all we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves. Love this company!

Our guide Hayley was amazing! She was very communicative before the trip and answered all of our questions. During the trip she was very informative, personable (we loved hearing all of her stories!) and helped set the pace so we wouldn't burn out at the end. Her lunch and snack selections were spot on. Without Hayley's guidance, we likely wouldn't have made it to Chasm Lake, but she helped us accomplish our hiking goals.

Floyd, a professional mountain guide, has a lot of knowledge about culture, ecosystem, and environment of Rocky Mountain National Park, so we learned a lot from him and had a great time. Lunch boxes he prepared was excellent because he brought Japanese food and veggies he grew.
