We hiked in May on a morning where it had snowed the night before. We were a bit wet and a bit chilly but it was totally worth it. This hike has multiple small waterfalls on it. Keep going - the first one is not...More

Enjoyable hike back to the falls to end our first day on the Olympic Peninsula. I'd call this one easy-to-moderate. Crisp feeling to the air all the way in and back...just made us feel good. Falls weren't the most impressive I've ever seen by any...More

The hike up here was very pleasant, through a beautiful forest filled with moss and ferns. The falls are beautiful, definitely worth the walk to see.

Long drive up to the parking area (isn't everything here?!) then a lovely hike up to the falls. Peaceful, green and very pretty. Definitely worth the hike.

Sol Duc Falls in the late evening looked pretty magical. The soft sunlight beamed through the trees creating a rainbow at the falls. To get to the falls, it's a short hike that seems like it won't end, but it does and is worth it!

A relatively easy 1.6 mile hike to the waterfall and back. It's worth going early to get the falls to yourself for pictures since there isn't a huge viewing area. The drive in has some great stopping points for photos too!

This was a pretty easy (minimal uphill) hike to such a gorgeous scene! The falls were pretty but the rainbow over the falls is what really made it. We were there around 4pm.

Only 0.8 miles each way, elevation change minimal. Half way through you get to a spot with cascading waterfalls over mossy rocks with the most beautiful green colors. At sol duc falls you can cross a wooden bridge to see both sides of the powerful...More

Pleasant hike to these falls. We went in the afternoon and the sun was so pretty coming thru the trees. The falls are gorgeous.

We did. We did hurricane ridge at lunchtime. Hiked the shorter hikes at lunchtime and did some photography. Our plan was to head towards Forks and sol Duc falls was on the way. We spent 2-3 hours on hurricane ridge and about... More
