We liked this hotel very much, the hallways are a little confusing but the grounds are pretty and it is right next door to the train. Awesome place to stay.

The Grand Canyon does not change much in the years that past, but how you arrive there can. The Grand Canyon Railway is a great way to do it.

Lovely surroundings at this hotel. Good rooms, roomy, with coffee machine and fridge. We had an opening window which was good but we were all disturbed by al least 3 through trains going through at 1130, 0125 and 4.40 all tooting their horns very loudly....More

Great way to travel ! The Elk hang out right around the train station too! Take the bus tour with lunch, the lunch was great and the extra views are well worth it!

I believe they would accommodate anyone who needs handicap access. Best to call in advance.

Not sure, but I had no problem correcting my reservations with a phone call. I screwed up the Internet order and was gladly helped to get things right. I don't believe they are in the busisness of stiff arming their guest.
