Great views from all of the bus stops along Hermit's Trail, but this one is a bit more awesome than the others since you can get to the railing and have 270 degree views. We stopped by in the morning before the crowds came and...More

Among all of the areas we visited in the Grand Canyon national Park, this place offered the most spectacular views of the Grand Canyon, including numerous opportunities to see the Colorado River. I would highly recommend taking the shuttle to see this.

Once you start moving towards hermits rest, Colorado river slowly starts to be visible down at the bottom of a canyon and here at this point you can finally see her. Easy walk from other stops with magnificent views over entire canyon.

Beautiful views of the canyon and peeks of the Colorado River. One of the shuttle stops. Plenty of outlook spots for pictures but be careful of the uneven footing on the rocks.

A Beautiful overlook with views of the Colorado river. We ended our trip here and it was a high note.

Mohave Point provides unique vistas of the canyon and can be accessed by the red Shuttle Service. It is one of a number of stops available going to the west side of canyon.

We hiked from here to the Abyss. Amazing. We hiked right along the rim. Kids lived climbing out on ledges. We saw tons of elk and mule deer. This was our favorite hike we did.

Another spot where you can see the Colorado River and the multi color rocks and well as snow caps if it is the right season .
