Reserved a private helicopter tour for our family of 4 over the Grand Canyon. No issues at all with the reservations or on the day of the tour, very seamless operation. Really appreciated the opportunity to have a private group given both COVID and the intimacy of having the trip to ourselves. Our pilot, Christian, was great, professional, personable and informative. The trip itself was fantastic and a once in a lifetime type of experience. Really glad we had a chance to do this.

Booked reservation using online system and paid for the EcoStar helicopter upgrade ($40 pp extra). The other folks on our flight also paid for the same but we were all assigned the standard helicopter. The option was to go on the standard or wait 40 minutes. We chose to go ahead and they were nice enough to put us in the front seats (which are $50 to reserve). The pilot was friendly and the views of the canyon were spectacular. The music and recorded narration were very good.

Cancelled 5 minutes before pick-up, no apologies. I wished I could even have an opinion on this tour. Reserved two months in advance, confirmed the day before and when we were walking towards the pickup point, at 7:30, got a call saying that the tour had been cancelled. No reasons, no apologies, only asked whether we could reschedule to another day, which we could not, as we were leaving Vegas the next day. Very frustrating. It felt like a very impersonal agency, talking to a call center that was not ready to offer a solution. On the tour itself, no opinion, obviously.
