Virtual Tour: Live One-on-One Coaching

Until we can be with you again in person, soaking in the beautiful vistas and dramatic light of interior Alaska, we would like to offer you an experience that fits in our new world of social distancing. Our guides will now come to you through the safety of the internet to provide live, one-on-one instruction.

We understand that there are already many excellent resources online to advance your photography skills, and now is a great time to dive in and grow from these offerings. We also understand that it can be difficult to find exactly what you need from a pre-produced course. There are so many variables in photography, individual feedback is crucial to learn.

We are not your typical photo tour and we certainly won’t be your typical online photo course. We are going to bring our unique strengths and expertise to you. This virtual experience is designed to benefit all skill levels with any type of camera or gear (smart-phones welcome).

I have had my camera for 4 years and never used. I took this tour hoping to learn how to use it to get good pictures. After 3.5 hours with Terry...I take great pictures!!! This is a great wonderful fantastic tour to learn how to take proper pictures that you don’t have to explain later what went wrong....learn how to capture the moment with confidence.

Thank you so much for your review. I'm so glad Terry was able to boost your confidence as a photographer. It has certainly been a challenge for us to adapt to the "new normal" but testimonies like yours show that we can still get out there and teach and have a good time. Thanks again!

Had an amazing time. My husband and I were the only ones there. Big thanks to Todd who realised that we knew something about photography and took us to some amazing places. I had a new camera and he taught me how to get the best out of it, thoroughly enjoyable experience I would recommend to anyone interested in photography.

I visited Denali in July 2018 and not 2019 as indicated above. We were on Princess Cruise from Vancouver to Anchorage. We decided to book inland Alaska where I booked Denali Photography Workshop. Terry and Eva came to the hotel to pick me up to take on various locations. It was an excellent experience with a lot of techniques we had learnt from Terry and Eva was alwayscthere to support. Terry also was very helpful in sharing with us his equipment such as filters etc.. We enjoyed so much that he supported us one hour over the time stipultated. The group was quite small one, only 3 persons. On returing home to Malta I continued keeping in contact with Terry every time I needed advice and always replied back. Terry thank you in getting me into landscape photography. I highly recommend this experience with Terry. George Borg Malta

Our guide, Eva, was simply wonderful! She took us to 5 or 6 different spots outside Denali Park that were tucked away and absolutely beautiful! I have a nice DSLR camera but have never used it outside of the automatic feature -- until now - and what a difference! Eva knew all about my camera and spent a lot of time teaching me how to use it. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and has a great artistic eye. She even wrote me a little cheat sheet on how to set my camera for action shots and for the Northern Lights since I mentioned we were driving up to Fairbanks. This tour was truly a highlight of my trip and I am forever grateful to her.
