So glad we had beautiful blue skies while staying in Kantishna! We had an amazing flight at 12,000 feet around Denali. We were the first plane up that morning and the weather could not have been better. Our pilot has been flying the area for...More

We are thrilled you had such a wonderful experience with us. We love sharing this corner of paradise with our clients!
We took the bus into Denali all the way to Kantishna Roadhouse but we chose to fly back and I'm glad we did! We had such a different perspective from the air. Our pilot was very skilled. It is so much fun when you know...More
We did a fly in and out with Kantishna Air and both were fantastic. The first was low flying due to weather but was done to point out sites as they came up. The trip out was combined with a McKinley Mtn. Fly by. There...More
If you enjoy I MAX movies, this is for you. It's like being IN one of those movies!
We had a spectacular ride on a clear day, circling the entire peak in an hour. We looked deep into valleys, down long glaciers, went past snowbanks...More
The plane was smaller than I expected but our pilot Hawk did an amazing job. He was calm and professional, making us feel calm and helping us to enjoy our mountain views. His story telling made it seem historical and yet personal. The team picked...More
One of the best economical ways to see Denali is fly to the end of the park, with a scenic fly-by of the mountains, a total of 55 minutes, for $294/pp if three or more people have booked on the same flight. This price includes...More
A 40-year Kantishna Air Taxi veteran was our skilled pilot when a couple of new friends from Australia and I took a "flight-seeing" trip around the magnificent Denali, the highest mountain peak in North America. Smooth sailing all the way, with awesome views. Unforgettable.
Kantishna Air will only fly when it is safe to be in the air. Their pilots and staff put safety first and then once in the air provide a great flight experience. They know the mountains, the glaciers, Denali National Park, etc. We had to...More
We flew from Denali to Kantishna from Denali in a small five seater plane. Our pilot was Roger and he was great. He described everything we saw en route and made the journey really interesting, searching and finding Dall sheep. The highlight was the fact...More

Thanks for the question. The answer is- it depends what you are looking for :). The best deal to be had is our Denali Park Day Excursion where you fly in with us at noon and bus out on the National Park Service bus at 2pm. The downside to this is that the bus portion is not narrated. If a narrated bus tour is important to you, you will want to do either the Denali Back country Adventure/Kantishna Wilderness Trails (run by different lodges in Kantishna) or the Kantishna Experience (run by the park service). All of these options provide a narrated bus tour in to the park and then have the option to upgrade to a flight out with us.
