    Nice little falls
This is a nice stop along the road to the east side of crated lake. The falls is right off the road and a great place from some pictures. You can park in multiple areas along the road and walk to the falls. FYI the road directly across from the falls takes you down to a great picnic area if you are looking for one.

    Waterfall Visible from Rim Drive
A pretty waterfall visible from the Crater Lake Rim Drive, making it super-accessible. For a bit of a closer look, you can take a very short walk. Note: There is a picnic area across the street - it's nice for picnicing, but it's not a good place to park for seeing the falls.

    A Worthwhile Stop
It's a pretty set of waterfalls, right by the road. It's worth driving around the East Rim Drive to see, even though that road isn't currently open all the way around because of construction. You do have to get out of the car and step off the walkway to see the best parts.

A quick stop along the road.
As far as Oregon Waterfalls go, this one was mid-tier at best. That's not saying that you shouldn't go see it. You should. It's more of a downhill river than a cascading waterfall. You can see it as you are driving past. We pulled off to the right as we were headed (ultimately) to the Pinnacles Overlook. We stopped for maybe 10 minutes with our cameras and then headed on our way. You can spend just a few minutes if you want a quick picture or park and walk to the base. It is right beside the road.

Vidae Falls is described as, blink and you will miss it. There is a pullout along Rim Drive and within a few steps, you can see this waterfalls. It is literally by the side of the road. Not bad for a quick stop for something that requires little/no effort.

We visited on Tuesday, July 20.

This is on the Southern end of the Rim Drive. Parking is not good. Enough room for maybe 5 cars to pull off. You don't have to walk far. The best view is from the right. Not a big flow, but still pretty!

Right off the rim drive Vidae Falls is a small waterfall and only steps from the road. A quick 5 to 10 minute stop is adequate to take photos and see the falls.

This 70-80' cascade id right next to the road so you can easily see the falls. Worth a short stop as you visit Crater Lake.

Vidae Falls was lovely - adjacent to the rim drive with nearby parking and quite easy to walk to. Good place to take a photo. Very lovely.

These falls are literally right off the main Crater Lake Rim drive, so watch as you exit your vehicle to ensure the kids don't wonder onto the highway. There are roadside and lower campside parking areas. The falls provide ample grist for photographers. The shale/volcanic rock is quite loose, so watch your step. You really don't have to climb much farther than the base to get great shots or just relax to the sound of the calming waters. A beautiful niche of Crater Lake.
