The easy hike to Paikni is a little over a mile, through beautiful old growth forest (Hemlock, Fir & White Bark Pine). Even at the end of the summer, the Falls were spectacular!

Nice, mostly even, well marked trail up to the falls. Falls had water, flowers and interesting butterflies at the end. Lots of folks were there but we were still able to enjoy the area.

What a lovely treat on a hot summer day. We sat and enjoyed the sound of running water for quite some time.

The trail takes only an hour along a wooded path near the Pinnacles. Nice waterfall at the end of the trail.

we actually saw a handicapped man working his magic on this trail. Such a beautiful waterfall and several kinds of wild flowers.

This was an easy and lovely hike/walk. Bring mosquito repellent. The big treat at the end of the hike (in July) was several hundreds of newly hatched butterflies on the path where it was wet.
