The entire time in this National Park is better than any amusement park anywhere. (I have not been in them all, but, I'm just saying') ... This particular stop is a great example of how the hoo doors change and I love the fact that if I come back in two years, they will look and be different. Mother Nature... More

Rainbow Point and Inspiration Point are the two most beautiful views on this entire planet. If your vacation trip takes you within 1000 miles of Southern Utah, detour to see them. If it doesn't, detour anyway.

Take the FREE Bus tour of the southern section of Bryce Canyon and don't worry about finding parking at each stop. This is not part of the regular shuttle service that operates in the northern part of the park and reservations are necessary. Reservations can be made 24-hours in advance by calling (435) 834-5290. Check for hours and pick-up times.... More

this is a viewpoint from 9000+ft of the ampitheatre. the parking is limited but not many people here as you have to drive or reserve the special 2 time daily shuttle. Worth driving down to, do the turn outs on the way back toward the lodge area.

Drove direct from the entrance of Bryce Canyon National park to rainbow Point which is about a 15 mile drive. Once we arrived we parked up in the car park which was quite large and only a quarter full. Walked around the immediate area then went on a couple of the small trails. These were well signposted and gave an... More

Drove 30 min to the far end point called Yovimpa Point and rainbow point (very impressive also but we liked the sunrise and inspiration hoodoos points better) and stopped along the view points on our way back. At most of the points we were able to find a free parking space right away.

This is the very end of the park almost 10000 feet elevation. Just unbelievable. Don't miss the natural bridge viewpoint as well.
