Like everywhere around the Canyon this place is truly beautifull, and very romantic, especially at sunset, and in the morning, also during a full moon, there are not enough words to explain the awe of this place, Hope this has been of help for you...

A lovely spot and a great walk. It's uphill at times so not recommended for anyone that has difficulty with inclines. We were able to see Bryce Canyon with snow which was beautiful. The view from sunset point is breathtaking and well worth the trek.

Sunset Point is where some of the brightest rock colors in Bryce Canyon can be seen, picked out at sunset to create a breathtaking display of magnificent beauty by Mother Nature. Look for the towering hoodoo which stands alone, called Thor’s Hammer. Be prepared for a memorable spectacle as the sun goes down at Sunset Point Bryce Canyon. Look for... More

This overlook has a great view of the rock formations. Morning or midday are great times to view this.

Since the canyon faces east, one does not get great light during sunset. Good to visit during sunrise, and a great spot for stargazing on a clear night!

Gorgeous lighting if you go to Sunset Point at sunset! Incredible to walk down on the path through the hoodoos. Photographer's mecca!

Every time we're at Bryce we do this before breakfast. Start at first light and walk down to the canyon floor and then eventually back up. Not too long - 2 hours'ish - or too strenuous but there's puff inducing climbing!

amazing views and rock formations that can be seen only if you go down the trail to the canyon bottom. Requires some significant efforts, especially climbing back. not to mis for any reason whatsoever. If you accompanied by young kids, you might want to pay special attention to their safety, as the trail is not fenced, and when it is... More

The sunset point is the point from where you can have the best sunset view in Bryce Canyon. And as the name says it is true.
