Interesting Hoodoo

It is a short walk down the Navajo Trail for this iconic hoodoo to show itself. You can take pictures from different elevations to isolate the head.

Can't miss seeing this wonder. I would recommend taking the walking trail down past the hammer through the canyon.

If you are in Bryce for a short while and need this iconic shot just go down the Navajo Trail for a short while. You will get a good shot of Thor's Hammer. It is a busy trail but well maintained.

This rock formation is in Navajo Loop near Sunset Point, one of shuttle stops in the Park. Cool name!

Great rock formation that requires very minimal effort to see. Go to Sunset Point and you can view from that area. Take a minute to check it out in depth and wonder how this Hoodoo got that shape. Quick stop.

My wife, daughter and I hiked a few trails in Bryce Canyon and absolutely loved every moment. Thor's hammer is pretty cool, but it really is just another incredible art work of nature amongst the whole canyon. Not sure, why this one stands out so much! Just remember that Thor's Hammer is not off of Queens Garden, but Navajo. We... More

Here is one Hoodoo that you can walk below to get a different viewpoint. Yes, the trail is a steep walk down but to see the hoodoos and Thor's hammer from a lower level is simply amazing. Don't have to walk far, I would say about 1/3 mile to get a different view.
