Located a short distance off Scenic Drive, this point, overlooking the canyon is apply named.
As the WHO sang, "I Can See for Miles" and you can from the viewpoint.
The views from this point are simply amazing.
Worth stopping and experiencing the scenery.

Farview Point is a overlook along the Bryce Canyon Road. My son and I stopped on our way down from Rainbow Point. As the name implies you can see to the far distance from this point. In the foreground are Bryce Canyon hoodoos and in the distance are mountains in the region. The elevation of this point is pretty high at around 8,800 feet. This is a breathtaking view. I recommend a stop.

Farview Point (elevation 8819') is a viewpoint on the scenic drive in Bryce Canyon National Park that overlooks an arch among the colorful hoodoos below. In the distance there are panoramic views of Dixie National Forest and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. This was one of my favorite observation points on the scenic drive because you get two vantage points in one stop; there's a 1000' trail that goes north along the rim of the canyon to Piracy Point for a different perspective (no vehicle access to Piracy Point). There's a good-sized parking area and a restroom at Farview. You can't really see anything from the car, but the first overlook is only about 70' from the parking lot (paved and wheelchair-accessible). The trail to Piracy Point is not paved but it's fairly level. We took a wheelchair to Piracy Point and it should be fine as long as conditions are not muddy. Farview Point is located about 10.5 miles south of the park entrance sign on Utah State Route 63. Park entrance fees are required to access this area ($30/car, valid 7 days, or use NPS passes). Note that the regular park shuttle does not visit this location, but you can reserve a seat on the free Rainbow Bus tour that visits the southern end of the scenic drive twice per day (435-834-5290).

The view from this place reminds me very much Black Birch Canyon. It's nice, but it's also not something that you can't miss, by any chance.
In any case, you see far into the distance where hoodoos slowly stop to exist and they are gradually replaced by green trees.

There's a short rim trail here. Nice views and a good spot for some solitude. You'll find another overlook at the end of this trail. Sometimes there's even a food truck on the parking site. You could bring a camp chair and sit on the rim intertwined in the pine and scrub.

I loved our recent visit to Bryce Canyon, but I discovered two important facts for future trips - very few full-service restroom facilities & next to no restaurants! Fairview Point had a very nice view, outhouse restrooms (though very stinky), and a great food truck called 'The Dawg House'. It might have been the best meal we had during our time at Bryce Canyon!

This view may not have the ethereal impact of the areas with the great hoodoo concentrations; but it's panoramic impact is still quite impressive.
As usual throughout the Park, words can seldom do justice to the viewing experience found here.

If you are planning to see the Utah Big Five, or have done, this is a must see -- you can see for miles and miles to the east here, perhaps even as far as Grand Staircase (which, if you're coming over from Capitol Reef, you will cross too). Amazing views.

The panoramic view you get at Farview is amazing. Instead of the Hoodoos drawing all of your attention like over at Bryce Point, the colorful distant peaks are what you see. This pull off is not to be missed.

Our tour stopped here first, to give us the flavor of Bryce Canyon. There is a little walk to get to the outlook. Be aware it's very high up, 8300 ft or so, so take your time.
