In out opinion, this is THE granddaddy.....the most spectacular place in the Bryce National Park.....and, interestingly, it is pretty close to the park entrance and the lodge. Surely everyone who goes to Bryce will stop here.

Second time around and a ten year gap and BryceCanyon is just as stunning as it was the first time. Being on a coach tour you don't have much time there but the views are incredible and the colours are like nowhere I have ever...More

This was my first experience with Bryce canyon. I've read and seen picture of the hoodoos but seeing them in person defies description.

We did the easier hike to get down into the amphitheater and then joined up on a moderate hike to go back up. It was truly magnificent and a must do while visiting the park!!!

Even if you dont have time for a full hike, at least take a small walk under the rim from either sunrise or sunset points. The views are very different once you walk down. Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to enjoy...More

The best way for me to describe this is to tell of my wife’s reaction. She looked at it and started to cry for a minute. A very impressive place.

Incredibly the views from each of the points of the same amphitheater are so different. Take the time to see the views from each of the points along the rim.

Probably one of the most amazing canyon's in the country. If you visit Bryce Canyon you must get up early to see the sunrise over the canyon. If you have time definitely recommend the loop trail through the canyon.

Hi! We never considered biking in the actual canyon and there is a more than 100 m difference in height between the bottom and the rim. The trail paths are narrow in places... However, as Sevenoaks suggested, the scenic... More
