This train ride has really nothing going for it: The scenery is exactly the same seen from the car getting there, the vintage train cars are shabby in a non-shick way, and the stops offer nothing but prolongation of the sad experience. Stay away.

If you are in the Zlatibor area, this is a must-see. The scenery is beautiful as you wind your way through the mountains....literally...you go through mountains, a number of times. I know of nowhere else you can have an equal experience. A wonderful way to...More

This is an amazing piece of engineering to create this rail route. Our tour had come specially with a number of train enthusiasts. It is pretty although you keep seeing similar places from different heights as your progress and lists of tunnels. On the return...More

We heard about this railway from friends and decided to visit it. We caught the last departure of the day on a Monday afternoon, and were quite surprised at how many people were travelling - the train was nowhere near full, but it was busy...More

Good views. Trains are museum pieces. If you like Kusturica, it is mandatory to go! Train stop sometimes to take pictures, and also there is a restaurant in a train station.
