shopping district with large advertising board and lamp, look great at night. if you are shopaholic, this is the place, mainly clothes both famous and local brand, drug store, one price store, book and multimedia (book-off) , and restaurant.

The area is a big alley of eateries, shops and entertainment arcades. Food sold are rather repetitive hence, looking at which has the shorter queue would be the way to save time and enjoy more food! Good place for lunch or dinner with the many choices! Probably half a day or so would be sufficient to finish exploring the area! …

Dotombori has a ton of different food. I was lucky enough to go there and eat Takoyaki as well as eat at the Kaiten-sushi place. I visited there on a rainy week but on a clear morning, there are street performances all the time.

Head here once you can't stand the scrum in the nearby Shopping District any longer. It is still thronged with bodies, noise and sights & smells, but at least you are not enclosed, you can have something to eat or simply a beer AND people watch. Great spot for it. People looking up, or People looking down, Promenaders everywhere and some even watching from Boats, decorated in pretty garish colours, but they like that here - good selfie territory. Also there were quite a few bands either setting-up or packing-up. I couldn't tell, but they added to the cacophony of noise.…
