Absolutely recommend! This tour was one of my group's highlights on our trip to Japan. The food and drinks were awesome and we visited so many places that we would not have if we were on our own. Rodney was a great tour guide and super friendly! He stayed with our group even past the tour hours as we visited more bars and chatted. Our interactions with him and other locals really made our night in Osaka special. I have been traveling across Japan for almost two months, so coming to Osaka didn't really excite me. Well, that was until I met Rodney! Rodney's tour takes you to local food joints AND local bars - which makes it such a unique experience even if you are not a drinker. We were a small group, so it was easy to walk around town and enter places quickly. It also allowed us to bond. He took us to local places I would have never had either the guts to enter, or the ability to find and access. Going out in a foreign place is tricky and Rodney made it happen. Went on a new(er) food tour of Tennoji area, whi ch is a bit quieter apparently. Due to the current Corona virus, all the other tour attendees had cancelled so i got a private tour from Sarah! Sarah is a great guide with amazing insights, speaks the local language and got to introduce me to some amazing local foods & places! Really enjoyed the tour and will definitely try and do the other tours once i return! Tour price includes drinks & food in all bars we visited, so it’s definitely also great value for money!…
