I visited twice during my stay in Osaka and the first time I almost walked out before playing any games due to the noise. It was so loud my ears were hurting. Now I’ve been to my fair share of arcades and casinos and I’ve never experienced anything this loud. We exchanged some cash for tokens and played a few games. It was fun but there are no English options so beware you will need to be able to translate some Japanese to understand the game options. Some floors didn’t accept tokens and would only accept coins which I found annoying specially when I already had so many tokens I needed to use so I recommend having a bit of both. Still a cool attraction close to a shopping district so I do recommend for the younger crowd.

Good place to spend the day. There’s enough to do for the entire day. They have a policy where you can leave and come back within the stipulated time in your ticket without having to pay. But it’s a bit loud.

Literally never seen anything like it, its mayhem in a good way! Can't say I had a clue how to play what I was playing but we had a right laugh...

I still don't even know what you win!

If you go to dotonbori (which you 100% should) definitely recommend heading here for an hour!

I just wanted to take my two children to enjoy some indoor fun, as it is sweltering hot outside in Summer. However they do not let parents enter the area with the kids. Even if you are not going to participate in any of the games, you still need to buy a ticket!!! So I ended up sitting outside the area on the 3rd floor. Unable to see my kids enjoy the 4 floors of fun and games. They had a great time, but It is terrible customer service when you make parents pay to WATCH their kids have fun. Again, just like everywhere else I've been in Japan (having lived here for 6 years). There is no willingness to compromise or try and understand a different point of view, just follow the rules blindly, even if it makes NO SENSE! If I could give a 0 out if 5. I would. I hope this review deters any visiting parents from taking their kids here, until they change the very stupid rule.

We took our two children here today and left for the hour, to return to hear the staff being incredibly rude, belittling our kids over the loud speaker in front of everyone, over whether or not they had their tickets on their person or on their bag. The kids were very upset and embarrassed, I would not return.

Kids get tired of seeing shrines and historic sites. Ours needed some good old fashion kid fun and we found it here. Several stories of games. It’s very loud but if your kids need some down time while traveling the area, here’s your spot.
