Yokohama Landmark Tower is a great masterpiece. I loved this building. There were not so many people around. It is worth visiting!

We went in June 2020. Absolutely no one was up there. The bar/cafe serves great stuff. Nothing better than a beer or coffee looking at a stunning view. When it was empty it was amazing, I'm sure it would lose its appeal as it gets more crowded.

We were at Yokohama when Typhoon Hagibis hit Tokyo area. Most of the attraction are still closed after the typhoon except the observation deck in landmark tower. The night view is awesome, and you can even see tokyo tower and skytree from far. You can also take the world fastest lift to reach the observation deck.

1000 Yen entrance fee was well worth the price. This was one of the best observatories I've visited so far. Aside from offering stunning 360-degree view of Yokohama, Sky Garden also has a cafeteria/bar and some shops in there too. Also has the fastest elevator in Japan (?), takes 40 seconds to reach the observatory from the bottom. Like pretty much every observatory, I'd say it's best to visit during sunrise (if opened early during season) or at dusk. I had some stunning views during golden hour and blue hour. And on a clear day you can also spot the top of Mt. Fuji from here. The bayside view is beautiful once the ferris wheel lights get illuminated.
