Ikspiari is essentially the transfer hub between the local rail line and the Disney resort line with a few shops thrown in for good measure.
It is an expensive place but is home to the Outback Steakhouse (see my review of this) and TGI Friday’s....More
Shopping place other than go yo disney , nearby to the park (but to be honest still quite a long walking distance from Disneyland ), offer some gpod shopping place and eating place with more variety choice than eat in the park.

We caught the monorail from Disneyland.... I am not sure where your hotel is in relation to the monorail but the monorail has a station that that’s you right into the shops

Me & my family will arrive at Sheraton Bayside (Tokyo Disneyland area) around 3 oclock in the afternoon ( We are coming from Osaka). We will not get into Disneyland until the next day. Can somebody suggest on activities or places to visit for the afternoon & evening the day we arrive? We had been to the Ikspiari before, but nothing much over there. So we are looking for other suggestions. Thanks... ;)

I have no idea in the Disney area. However, one thing if you like to see a local Japanese town, Town of Urayasu is close by. The distance is about 3km to north along with the river. Hopefully you can locate a local bus form Disney. The other is: how about looking to see the brand-new buildings in front of Tokyo station. There are two buildings shows up recently.
