The area

Address
Neighborhood: Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

What a fascinating building the design is really nice. If your a One Piece fan this is a must place to go. One Piece Restaurant up the stairs and some statues of the characters.

We enjoyed walking around and collecting the stamps necessary to redeem for a prize (a plastic clip to hold papers together), but there really didn't seem to be much for people who weren't regular viewers of Fuji TV. The spherical observation tower is interesting, but a shadow of the nearby Sky Tree, which also offers a 360 degree view.

this is a great building, which is lit in different colours at night, it looks like it had been made from Mecarno definitely worth a photo stop on a visit to the city

Interesting architecture but there is a lot of that in Japan, they really do like putting spaces in their buildings but unless you have little children do not bother to pay the expensive price to go up. Silly us we paid and were surrounded by little children enjoying the dinosaur displays and robotic dinosaurs. Everything is also in Japanese with no English. Even when you get to the ball there is limited viewing on one side only.

Fuji TV was part of our plan to see how Japanese tv stations are like. We were very disappointed.

First we paid $500 yen per person for an adult ticket. We then travel to the ball shape observation floor, from there, you can see the surrounding area of Odaiba. Around 180 degree only, as half of the place were filled with abandoned kiosk and wooden junks. Actually that's all, nothing else to see on the deck!! Then they will guide you to the next floor down, you will see a few posters of Japanese drama in the hallway, then you will reach the end of the $500 yen tour!!! The whole thing was less than 10mins without contents at all!!!

Don't consider buying a ticket to there, total waste of money and time!!!

Even being a one piece fan and wanting to see the baratie restaurant I was disappointed. The restaurant is expensive and the food is bad. The exhibition in the Fuji building is about Japanese TV shows so if you do not know anything about them it is useless. The view inside the bubble costs 500, a bit expensive if you ask me. But not so bad vantage point I suppose.

VERY cool...this big building...has an amazing light & music show at night- just spectacular...starts when it gets dark...and ends late- like midnight.
A must see in Tokyo for sure...and it is beside the Aqua Mall...so if you go early...go to the 6th floor- there are lots of nice restaurants overlooking the Rainbow bridge and water...then watch the show after when it is dark.

Amazing building with a futuristic design. It's an iconic building of Odaiba. It's has a observation deck at 25th floor, Anime / manga shop and a ONE PIECE restaurant.

You can purchase a ticket for the observation deck (25th floor) from the desk on the 7th floor at the top of the escalators. The observation deck in the sphere offers very good views of the Rainbow bridge and across the river to tokyo . You can walk on the walkways and then go down stairs to the 24th floor to exit. At night the whole building has a light and music show with the windows changing colours.
